Then you get there and are mad at them because it's not ready. People do your part and things run smoothly. I absolutely LOVE CVS on 280 N Avondale Blvd, I wait for my texts and follow their instructions. Bam whata you know my script is ready because I followed their procedures. If you don't know ask: Cedar and Kari are two of the most caring people I've met. The rest of the staff is really supportive as well. Please people CVS in Avondale Blvd is the best most prompt Pharmacy I've ever used. And I've used pharmacies for 28 years. The store is clean, people are nice, store is stocked. Don't enter your phone number and DOB it will not give you a valid answer. - when you call and ask for a pharmacy tech (you have to keep telling the automated system pharmacy tech) they will pick up the phone and then put you back on hold. This happened so many times I lost count. While on hold I got back in my car and drove back to the pharmacy. - this pharmacy is horrible understaffed for the amount of business they get. They need to hire more techs and pharmacies.

Naturally, I have questions about what I'm putting in my body and how it might affect me. The impatient pharmacist wouldn't even gave me his full attention. He and the staff made it clear that my questions and concerns were an inconvenience. That's unacceptable in any healthcare setting. Patients are already dealing with pain, stress, and serious concerns which lead us to take these medications in the first place-- our concerns shouldn't be met with dismissiveness and attitude when trying to understand our treatment. Taking 5 minutes to explain something with patience and respect should be basic standard. It's concerning that it isn't here. Thank God I live in California and don't have to deal with this sour, childish, immature, unprofessional bs again. When a family member mentioned possibly switching to this pharmacy, I told them not to bother -- there are far better options where communication, human care and decency are a given. Pharmacy get your act together. Healthcare?! More like CARELESS. Fix your nasty attitude. Customers do not need more stress ON TOP of their ALREADY STRESSFUL SITUATIONS. When I called, they (sorry, I don't remember who I spoke with) gave me the name (Dan) and his number of their next door business associate who had what I was looking for. After speaking with Dan (who was out running errands), he told me that, depending on when we left the hospital, he would either meet me at the store. Or, he could DELIVER it to my residence. :O Well, it turned out that we left shortly after my initial conversation with Dan. So, I texted him my address and he delivered the commode fully assembled and at the price that he told me about over the phone. Kudos to Dan and Wells UD&MS.
