I went to pick up my meds to find out the girl did not bother to check they were filled on 30 December I am told they were filled but put back and If you ever experience this the pharmacy can't not fill your meds and recycle them and then charge cash after your insurance pay for them it's not legal.Its crazy I went to pick up my meds but the girl told me they did not have them !!!!! I had someone pick up my thyroid meds was charged it was not alot but just so you are clear if you are told they was filled but they don't give them to you tell you and your insurance payed for them don't leave them make sure they give your meds Manager actually take care of me but if the insurance paid they can't charge to get them a second time they going out business for a reason have your meds deliver to your house thru your insurance company. read more

I would not recommend this store. The app broke down so I went into this Walgreens. When I asked if the manager could apply either discount available through the app or help in any way, she completely refused to do anything and provided no other options. The shelves were not well stocked and the associates in the aisles ignored us. I have filed a formal complaint with Corporate. As a manager, she should show more respect for any customer. This was the 2nd Walgreens location that we stopped at to get a passport photo taken. The 1st location at Iliff and Chambers said they think their camera was broken and didn't offer to actually check it. This location immediately told us that their camera was broken and that they probably won't get a new one till at least the next day. Then she suggested we go to a Fed Ex location to get a the photo taken. Ummm thanks? No help there either. So we went on to a 3rd Walgreens location. read more

What's the point of doing a pick up order if it means you have to wait until every single person in the store checks out to get the pickup order? I went in to pickup an order and there was only one staff member. I first waited by the photo counter not knowing this information and then I waited in line up front to ask for help with my order. The employee told me he was the only one there and I'd have to wait until he serviced the entire line behind me (even though I waited my turn in the line). I will let my order expire and just pickup the items elsewhere. It's not convenient to do a pickup at Walgreens when they are short staffed and you are punished for placing a pickup order instead of shopping in store. read more

Great local drug store. The staff was friendly and nice today, and the store was clean. They had a lot of groceries and other stuff. They also had great deals on Easter candy! I went in to use their photo printing booth. read more

Just went in and the employee didn't even have his mask on correctly. It was under his mouth and a girl in line behind me didn't even have one on. How stupid are you if you can't even follow a simple mandate. Really sad that they don't enforce this on their employees. read more

Been going to the pharmacy for years. Pulling all my families medication out. The young pharmacy tech lady with the tattoos is so condescending and rude to me in front of my children that she should no longer work in a "customer service" atmosphere. The pharmacy manager Joshua, who is impossible to contact, really needs to do something about her. The other pharmacy tech is nice and polite but seems to not know much about what you are asking/looking for. read more

This Walgreens has always been my go to for prescriptions and what not. Or if I'm sick, ect. The girl with the tattoo on her arm in the pharmacy, I can never remember her name on her tag, is always so flipping rude to me. Sooooo. Rude. Also. The Asian guy In the pharmacy is nice, but when you ask him for a estimate on time for your prescription he never gives one. Just says he'll text when it's ready, but I mean if I got off work and I'm sick and have other errands to do it would be nice to have an estimate on time so I can get everything done at a reasonable time and get home to rest ya know? I just found out from my insurance too that Walgreens is no longer going to be accepting my insurance, which is crazy because I've gotten prescriptions through Walgreens everywhere since I was in middle school ok?, and now I have to find a new pharmacist for my new medications. eh I am not a fan of this one, no offense but for me walgreens is that go to drugstore where you can get your medicine, and a few other feel good things like candy and snacks when you feel awful. My biggest issue with this one are their store hours. I think they close at 9 or 10. It makes no sense why there would be a 2nd walgreens like 5 minutes away that is 24 hours. I would go to this one more often if it was 24 hours. read more

Truly the WORST pharmacies there ever was. As most people mention, they don't want to be bothered with at all. I had car trouble and had to send my son to pick up his own prescription. My son is a young adult, but he is a cancer patient and very soft spoken and polite. First, after they ignored him for 15 minutes, he told them he is there with Uber and can't wait too long and just needs to drop off his prescription to be picked up later. They got ticked off at him and everything from this point on was full of attitude and dismissive and plain RUDE!!! Then they decided...in all their wisdom and experience....that the prescription is 2 days early. Although the doctor never left any instruction on the date nor mentioned "Not to be filled until...". They not only wouldn't fill it, which was not an issue, since it was to be picked up later anyway. But they wouldn't even take it. When my son asked them to explain the problem, they kept throwing the word "POLICY". I had dropped off prescription up to 1 week to 10 days early before, but today....POLICY...dictates that my son needs to take another Uber and go there AGAIN in 2 days to drop off something that he already has taken there. Then come back home and take another Uber 1.5 hour later to pick up that prescription. Thank God that insurance covers the meds, because by then we already paid over $100 for all these Uber rides. I have less problem with their "POP UP-Policies" than with their rude and dismissive behavior. The fact that NONE of these Policies existed anytime i had dropped off any prescription, and they all happened when my soft spoken son was there, yet another marvel. I wonder where are those pharmacist on TV that Walgreens keeps showing on their commercials. I want to find one of those....because not ONE single Walgreens I have EVER been to has ever been that caring and considerate. The very BEST I could hope for is to get a prescription fillled without an incident and issue. Where the heck are those Pharmacist? I wanna Know!!! read more

I pretty much only use this Walgreen's for the pharmacy, and so far I've had no real issues in that regard. In terms of the store itself, it's a typical Walgreen's, not horrible, not great. Employees aren't overly friendly but aren't terrible either, they just seem to prefer not being bothered. Store appears clean most of the time. read more

I tried to call customer service many times. They always hang up on me. Instead of hanging up the calls should be passed on to a supervisor or manager. What customer training tells trainees to hang up when they don't know what to do? Instead fire them or get them some training! read more

Honestly, I'm not even mad at this pharmacy anymore....I'm mad at myself for continuously going back! I constantly use this Walgreens pharmacy because it's near where I live, but after today I'm making it a point to never go there! The pharmacy staff is by far the worst I've ever experienced, and as a 28 year old male who is educated and takes pride in treating everyone with respect and dignity has never gotten that back here at this pharmacy. The lady with the beautiful tattoos has the worst customer service and is the most condescending one there. I unfortunately did not get my degree in the medical field so some of the terminology and questions I don't truly understand, but rather than help me do so she's treating me as if I'm the biggest idiot in the world. The young Asian man that also works at the pharmacy never has an answer or resolution to anything which is super frustrating because he'll take down your information to reach back out to you but never does. This is the worst walgreens pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. The woman with the full sleeve of tattoos consistently makes excuses as to why I cannot receive my medication. I have the proper insurance so there is no reason why I should not be able to pick up my meds. Because of her, I constantly run low on medications that I need to live; in order to pick them up I must argue with her. She is extremely unprofessional and rude, I usually never leave negative reviews but I hope no one experiences this kind of service. read more

I agree that the Pharmacy staff is rude. They have also screwed up my prescriptions. Giving me more than the prescribed amount or even less. I DO NOT fill any prescriptions at this Walgreens location. Go somewhere else. read more
