Instead of checking, she continued to be unprofessional, unkind, uncooperative, and rude! She was wrong and the pharmacist was wrong. State Law does approve a refill on pregabalin. That is very unprofessional. I hope this pharmacy will get the needed training in the future so that others do not have to go without needed medicine.

I've been by to pick up medical supplies from this place 7 times in the past year. Today is the…read morefirst time I ever found them actually open. I've had to go to Walmart and drug stores or resort to Amazon to actually obtain anything I needed for my elderly mother. Today I saw two cars in the parking lot so decided to try again. They must be going out of business as the shelves are very bare and very little variety. Again, what I need I will have to shop online for as they do not have any of good quality chair seat cushions available and what they have is over priced. Have never reached them on the phone either. I overheard the salesman tell several others while I was looking around that he didn't have this or that in stock and didn't realize he'd run out. This place needs better management or some competition.
