I had been seen twice this past week for nasal trip and ear congestion. I was told I had a double ear infection on a Wednesday and it would be treated with antibiotics and to come at 9am Sunday to have my ears finally irrigated. Appointment was made for me by the nurse. I came at 8:55am Sunday and the nurse for the clinic finally showed up at 9:15. No one knew where she was. She finally comes out of the room at 9:25 and tells me I don't have an appointment, which I pleaded with her to check my file for my recent visit where the nurse scheduled my apt for me. I told her I was there to get my ears irrigated and how much pain and trouble hearing I have had all week and to please help me. She flat out said "no I don't have an appointment for you, irrigation takes 40 minutes and there are 2 people in front of you. I don't know who you saw prior but I run this clinic and when I'm not here there are 'floaters'" and slammed the door in my face. I have never been so horrified at the customer service I received and how the situation was handled. I will never recommend this minute clinic to anyone ever again and nor will I be giving them my business.

I found the check in process to be efficient enough. Of course you're going to wait...if you don't want to wait, make an appointment with your general practitioner. Although I had to wait, everything was clearly communicated and I was able to figure out pretty quickly when I would be seen. Once inside, the rapid COVID test was about as easy as you could hope for. The results were back to me in less than 10 minutes. Special shout out to PA Lauren Bertollo. She is kind, caring and spent a few additional minutes with me after my results came back, which is rare since we're all so overworked these days. Overall, if you're not someone who expects to walk right into an URGENT CARE during a pandemic, and you understand the kind of stress they've been operating under for the past year and a half, you can have a very nice easy time at this urgent care.

The office was clean but appointment time did not seem to matter. When we left I specifically asked about the prescription and was told it would be sent in. I live an hour plus away and went to the pharmacy only to find out there was no prescription sent. I then called back to the office and asked about the prescription. I was put on hold for 12+ minutes then I was put into a voicemail. I never received a call back but eventually the pharmacy did share that the prescription had been received. Very disappointed especially when the place came recommended.

Easy to park compared to other valley offices as there is a private lot for this plaza. The waiting room was mostly empty when I was waiting for my appointment and check in was easy. The only complaint I had which is not valleys fault were other patients coughing and sneezing and not covering their mouths. I waited maybe 10-12 minutes before a nurse took me back got my height and weight and did intake questions before my doctor came in. Very efficient wait times compared to what I've experienced at valley specialists compared to PCPs.

Both gentlemen…read moretreated my disabled sister with the utmost dignity & respect while gathering her vitals & taking a blood sample. They were immediately able to process her bloodwork & discussed her results in terms she could readily understand, while never being condescending or patronizing. They indicated that my sister's Sodium levels were dangerously low & reached out to an on-call ER doctor to determine whether or not there was an outpatient option for treatment. When the ER doctor confirmed their belief that the safest course was to go to the ER, Wesley & Joe presented this to my sister in such an honest and forthright manner that my sister readily agreed with their recommendation (which in itself was miraculous!). At every level, the consideration & expertise exhibited by Wesley & Joe has FAR surpassed any treatment my sister has received in the past several years from any of her doctors, in their offices or at medical facilities, or at the various rehab locations she has been admitted to. We were waiting from 1 to 3 PM for the nurse to show up. So when nobody showed up at 2:30 PM, we called customer service. They told us that they left a vmail. Our home phone tracks every call - missed or answered. There was no vmail on our answering machine. Our answering machine was not even full. Basically they lied.

I've frequented this practice and know of others who also had the satisfaction of knowing they could safely entrust their family's well-being to this medical group. Dr. Zeyad Baker is especially known to give 110% to his patients and I found him to be very accessible and accommodating. His explanations are clear, focused, and directed towards the problems at hand. At the end of every visit, I am left reassured with the knowledge of what to expect and how to reach him or anyone else in the office if I take a turn for the worse. The medical center itself is a very clean environment and examination rooms are spacious and well-equipped. Staff is very friendly and professional about their duties. Overall, there is a calm, relaxed atmosphere. Parking is readily available though since the place can have a lot of patients visiting at peak times, metered parking nearby may be necessary. Wait time can vary but overall, I found it to be much less compared to other medical practices. The examination itself by the pediatrician at hand is never rushed; full attention is given to you and your concerns. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Baker and the Riverside Medical Group for your pediatric needs.

First they changed the name and didn't not send an email, a letter or a systematic message on the phone to notify me. When I called to make my appointment I was scheduled for a date and time, when I showed up to the appointment I was informed that I didn't have an appointment that day and they didn't see any appointments for me at all. Then, I asked to be scheduled for the next day and I was given a time. When I showed up, I was informed that my appointment is for 3:15 PM and not 2PM. I had nothing to eat to be at this appointment and I was behind on my meds just to get my blood work done... I also took time from work for both appointments and I had to be back at work after rescheduled appointments. I had to find a substitute to cover me since I was not going to be available for another appointment in like another month. I had to pay my substitute double for the day do the last minute noticed, so she can assist run the event I was supposed to assist to run.
