I had been seen twice this past week for nasal trip and ear congestion. I was told I had a double ear infection on a Wednesday and it would be treated with antibiotics and to come at 9am Sunday to have my ears finally irrigated. Appointment was made for me by the nurse. I came at 8:55am Sunday and the nurse for the clinic finally showed up at 9:15. No one knew where she was. She finally comes out of the room at 9:25 and tells me I don't have an appointment, which I pleaded with her to check my file for my recent visit where the nurse scheduled my apt for me. I told her I was there to get my ears irrigated and how much pain and trouble hearing I have had all week and to please help me. She flat out said "no I don't have an appointment for you, irrigation takes 40 minutes and there are 2 people in front of you. I don't know who you saw prior but I run this clinic and when I'm not here there are 'floaters'" and slammed the door in my face. I have never been so horrified at the customer service I received and how the situation was handled. I will never recommend this minute clinic to anyone ever again and nor will I be giving them my business.

In the midst of wrapping Christmas gifts, I sliced my finger really bad, it was very painful and I could not stop the bleeding. I called the Urgent Care first and the receptionist told me to come right down. The staff was so patient and wonderful , getting me through this painful incident. I was able to see Dr. Lauren again, who was able to take care of my injury, with much care too. She has the patience of a Saint. Thank you ALL for being there again and for being so patient with someone that has a Dr. / needle phobia. Hope you all enjoy the holidays safely and have a Happy, Healthy New Year !

The office was clean but appointment time did not seem to matter. When we left I specifically asked about the prescription and was told it would be sent in. I live an hour plus away and went to the pharmacy only to find out there was no prescription sent. I then called back to the office and asked about the prescription. I was put on hold for 12+ minutes then I was put into a voicemail. I never received a call back but eventually the pharmacy did share that the prescription had been received. Very disappointed especially when the place came recommended.

Easy to park compared to other valley offices as there is a private lot for this plaza. The waiting room was mostly empty when I was waiting for my appointment and check in was easy. The only complaint I had which is not valleys fault were other patients coughing and sneezing and not covering their mouths. I waited maybe 10-12 minutes before a nurse took me back got my height and weight and did intake questions before my doctor came in. Very efficient wait times compared to what I've experienced at valley specialists compared to PCPs.

We were waiting from 1 to 3 PM for the nurse to show up. So when nobody showed up at 2:30 PM, we called customer service. They told us that they left a vmail. Our home phone tracks every call - missed or answered. There was no vmail on our answering machine. Our answering machine was not even full. Basically they lied.

They were immediately able to process her bloodwork & discussed her results in terms she could readily understand, while never being condescending or patronizing. They indicated that my sister's Sodium levels were dangerously low & reached out to an on-call ER doctor to determine whether or not there was an outpatient option for treatment. When the ER doctor confirmed their belief that the safest course was to go to the ER, Wesley & Joe presented this to my sister in such an honest and forthright manner that my sister readily agreed with their recommendation (which in itself was miraculous!). At every level, the consideration & expertise exhibited by Wesley & Joe has FAR surpassed any treatment my sister has received in the past several years from any of her doctors, in their offices or at medical facilities, or at the various rehab locations she has been admitted to. First they changed the name and didn't not send an email, a letter or a systematic message on the phone to notify me. When I called to make my appointment I was scheduled for a date and time, when I showed up to the appointment I was informed that I didn't have an appointment that day and they didn't see any appointments for me at all. Then, I asked to be scheduled for the next day and I was given a time. When I showed up, I was informed that my appointment is for 3:15 PM and not 2PM. I had nothing to eat to be at this appointment and I was behind on my meds just to get my blood work done... I also took time from work for both appointments and I had to be back at work after rescheduled appointments. I had to find a substitute to cover me since I was not going to be available for another appointment in like another month. I had to pay my substitute double for the day do the last minute noticed, so she can assist run the event I was supposed to assist to run.
