I had a house that was 90° and animals (and humans) who were literally melting. I called Ami and she set up an appointment for Ryan to come out snd look at my SUPER old AC unit. Ryan told me the problem and I asked for some advice on what I should do, should I get the small part replaced on my decrepit unit or just bite the bullet and get a whole new one. He gave me some options and set me up with an appointment with Mike later that same day to get a quote for a new unit. Ryan also helped me with figuring out why my home warranty company wasn't being helpful when it came to covering parts and services (shout out Ryan you're awesome)! Later that same day Mike came out and gave me a quote and gave me some real insight on what unit I should get for my home, he was very patient with me while I applied for the payment plan, even though my house was 90° and the temp was rising. Barely 48 hours later, the scheduling lady, Ami, got me an appointment with Mario (and one other worker whose name I cannot remember I'm so sorry). Mario and his partner got to work around 8:30am and we're finished around 12:30pm! My house is already 20 degrees cooler and I'm SO PLEASED with everything the whole team did for me. Do yourself a favor and go to the competition. Go to Fred's or Han's. Over time, the marketplace will catch up to company's like this that don't value customer relationships. Again, stay clear. Hang on kids, we're going for a ride…read more Install for new AC and furnace. Guys are super friendly, polite, and answer all of my questions. One guy shows me pictures of his dog - awesome. Later that night I notice water dripping from the humidifier down the side of my furnace. I call and the on-call guy walks me though how to stop it. The next day, a service guy comes out and tells me that the install guys forgot the condensation hose that connects the humidifier to the drain pipe. He connects a hose and tells me I'm good to go. He too shows me pictures of his dog - lovely. The next morning, the rug next to my furnace is wet - the drainage pipe is leaking. I call again and the same service guy comes out and tells me the install guys didn't glue the drainage pipe pieces together. He glues them together and I point out that it looks like it's still leaking. He tells me it's just water from when he took it apart and leaves. About half hour later I look, and sure enough there's a puddle. I call him and he says he'll turn around and come back. He does and tells me a thingamajig wasn't tightened at the bottom and NOW we're good. (Note: I had to leave work early twice for this.) A few days later the electrician and a guy doing something with the gas line come out. Again, super friendly and polite. A couple hours later I notice it's getting toasty in my house. Thermostat reads 77 and there's a yellow triangle symbol with an exclamation point, that when I click on it says, "Communication Error, " to not try and fix it myself, and to contact my dealer. So I call. Again. On-call guy walks me through a reset that doesn't work, so he comes out, only to find they didn't flip the power to my AC back on. He apologized and said their notes showed they checked everything was working before leaving, which clearly wasn't true. The final part of their installation service is called "commissioning". I have a text message stating my appointment is on Friday, May 16, between 3 and 3:30. I leave work early, arrive home at 3, and shortly after 3:30 call to get an ETA. I am told my appointment is for the following Monday at the same time. I look at my work schedule and confirm I can make it work between appointments IF he can be there right at 3. Commissioning guy is right on time, fully explained my new unit and thermostat, and made adjustments to optimize it to my home. He was very helpful and even fixed an issue I was having with my front door, which obviously, was completely unrelated to his visit. Overall, I'm satisfied.. A very annoying and inconvenient start, but they are prompt with fixing issues. I also like their service plan (free for the first year) and that it includes every 6 months maintenance and a furnace filter.

I was having a plumbing emergency and needed help. Getzschman said they could help and sent a plumber to me right away. Dylan was a great help. He was polite, thoughtful, diligent, and focused. There are a lot of contractors out there, and that's why I'd like to leave a review. We've worked with two other roofing contractors in the Omaha area that completed the work within a reasonable timeframe. However, their teams left a lot of debris for us to clean up. We had bats get into our attic on both occasions. For our third new roof project, we decided to go with Siefken Contracting. Jared was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. The only headache we had to endure was our insurance company fighting tooth and nail to not provide coverage. Jared and his team fought for us and communicated well. We have since moved to a new home and had to replace the roof again - lucky us. We went with Siefken for a second time. We had another great experience with their team. We're currently having Siefken replace the windows in our home. This is our first time using them outside of roofing, and their team has been great to work with once again. I can't sing their praises enough and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Omaha area.
