I had never been there before. When I brought it in, the friendly , professional staff told me that they would handle everything concerning the repairs. They would adjust the original appraisal of damage, deal with the insurance company and all the paperwork, set up a rental car, and do whatever was necessary to get the car back to me ASAP. Three days later I picked the car up and it looked brand new. The repairs and paint job were seamless and it was completely cleaned inside and out. The staff were courteous, professional, and knew their business. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I would not hesitate for one minute to bring my car to Paul's Collision again. I would recommend it anyone. Brian B. 1/14/14

I've taken my car in a couple of times now and he's looked it over and told me there's nothing wrong and to take the car home instead of making up a repair. Huge savings and peace of mind.

Sean told me that he had never had a job like that take that long, and to bring it in so he could give me an accurate estimate. I did, and he gave me a much lower quote. It went from a budget-destroying repair to something much more manageable. Sean came in at less than 40% of my original quote and turned the job around quickly, including replacing the extra part the first shop wouldn't quote me. Saving the money was very, very helpful, but the nicest part was that it was clear that I was ready to pay much more and Sean only charged me what he thought was fair. I will definitely use Sean's Auto Repair for any additional work on my car.
