I called the number listed and it went straight to voicemail. Can't even leave a message. Confused and honestly concerned, I walked next door to the nail salon to see if anyone knew what was going on. Turns out, the lash tech I had an appointment with - Milly - was sitting in the nail salon getting her own nails done!! In the middle of a FULL SET!! Yes, MILLY, the actual person that was supposed to do my lashes was getting her nails done instead of being at the lash studio for my 4p appt! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I asked what was going on, why the door was locked and why she wasn't at our scheduled appointment. Her response? That the receptionist supposedly tried to call me, but my number was disconnected. Flat-out lie. And even if that were true, which it's not, why would she just leave without waiting to see if I showed up? I was on time! She made zero effort to fix the situation. No apology. No offer to reschedule. Nothing. Just MAJOR ATTITUDE, UNPROFESSIONALISM, and excuses. I told her that would be contacting the owner. She said: I don't care. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to cover this experience. My entire afternoon during the holiday is wasted!! Edit: I just got a call from Ashley, the so-called manager, sounding shaken and incoherent voice cracking - because of my review. Funny how she was able to reach my (apparently disconnected?) phone. She then accused me of assaulting Milly--an outrageous and false claim--and talked over me the entire time while pretending to want to "resolve the issue." This place is a complete disaster. Unprofessional, rude, dishonest, and now trying to gaslight me because their employee ditched my appointment to get her nails done. I have never in my life dealt with such a mess. Your employee was getting her nails done during a client's appointment. And that behavior was being defended! What an absolute joke. ZERO STARS

The location of this Lash Bar is convenient to my home and the prices are reasonable. The interior of the salon is cute. It's located in an office park shared with other businesses. I arrived 10 minutes early was told she was finishing up w/another customer. I was called back 5 min after my arrival. So she's prompt w/appointments if you're concerned about time. Since I was getting lash removal, she had to apply the removal which is recommended to soak or marinate for 30 minutes. This breaks down the glue for easy removal. She definitely made my day better. I was afraid my lashes would come off but they were in tact and she complimented them as "healthy". . She suggested I wait maybe a couple of weeks to try it again or whenever I'm comfortable. Upon entering, I was greeted kindly and immediately started on my service. I don't recall the name of the young lady who relaxed my hair, but she did a great job. Also very attentive. Next up, Erica worked her magic. She brought my hair back to life and created a beautiful cut with curls, which is something I don't typically do but I loved it. In addition to her talent, she is very personable and I enjoyed talking to her. The atmosphere of the shop is very friendly and family-like. While you're being serviced, there is some great R&B music playing, but the staff are also having great conversation with customers. I felt very relaxed and at ease. More than that, I visited during a time in which I had been overcoming an ankle injurt and was using a knee scooter. The staff were so kind and accommodated me as much as possible. Pricing was pretty much within the range I typically pay in NY, which I think was fair and reasonable. The salon itself was modern, spacious, and clean. I called her to make an appointment and not only did she answer my call, but she was very professional and kind. She redirected me to her website and told me how to make the appointment for the Groupon. Jessica's salon was very clean and organized. There weren't other people being serviced at the same time, so she focused solely on my hair needs. She's very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Jessica was honest about the condition of my hair and advised me of the steps she was taking to return it to a healthy state. My appointment seemed to go by very quickly, but it was in no way rushed. Due to her commitment to communication with her clients and how absolutely gorgeous my hair turned out, I will be back. My technician Rose started with the bikini wax only & once I realized it wasn't painful like every other experience I had before I had her do the Brazilian. Rose used the Crystal wax which did not cause any pain, just a little discomfort but manageable. Rose guided me through breathing exercises during the treatment which really helped with the discomfort. I also got my brows threaded and tinted by Rose. I was very happy with my services today. I don't live on this side of town but they have 6 locations in GA which luckily 2 are close to me so hopefully I will have the same great experience when I visit the one closer to me.

She heard my concerns and understood my worries. I originally wanted to get microblading but she doesn't provide that service so I settled for the tinted brows which looks wayyyyy more natural than microblading.
