This is hands down the worst experience I've had with any business - EVER!! I showed up on time for my 4 p.m. appointment (exactly at 4) and found the door locked and the place completely shut down. On a Saturday. I called the number listed and it went straight to voicemail. Can't even leave a message. Confused and honestly concerned, I walked next door to the nail salon to see if anyone knew what was going on. Turns out, the lash tech I had an appointment with - Milly - was sitting in the nail salon getting her own nails done!! In the middle of a FULL SET!! Yes, MILLY, the actual person that was supposed to do my lashes was getting her nails done instead of being at the lash studio for my 4p appt! UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I asked what was going on, why the door was locked and why she wasn't at our scheduled appointment. Her response? That the receptionist supposedly tried to call me, but my number was disconnected. Flat-out lie. And even if that were true, which it's not, why would she just leave without waiting to see if I showed up? I was on time! She made zero effort to fix the situation. No apology. No offer to reschedule. Nothing. Just MAJOR ATTITUDE, UNPROFESSIONALISM, and excuses. I told her that would be contacting the owner. She said: I don't care. Unprofessional doesn't even begin to cover this experience. My entire afternoon during the holiday is wasted!! Edit: I just got a call from Ashley, the so-called manager, sounding shaken and incoherent voice cracking - because of my review. Funny how she was able to reach my (apparently disconnected?) phone. She then accused me of assaulting Milly--an outrageous and false claim--and talked over me the entire time while pretending to want to "resolve the issue." This place is a complete disaster. Unprofessional, rude, dishonest, and now trying to gaslight me because their employee ditched my appointment to get her nails done. I have never in my life dealt with such a mess. Second, I will post pictures, but the lady who did mine I don't wanna put her name on here because maybe it was just me, but my eyebrows were extremely thick and they were not even nor did they match. I'm very upset because it's right before my 50th birthday and now I have to go find someone else to correct what she did. was very nice including the manager, but again they need to have that particular person as a master stylist with that type of work. I came here last Friday for the very first time. The appointment was easy to make, sweet front desk receptionist. The lash studio looks nice, modern, clean, and great lighting. After checking in I was given some brushes and cleaning foam to clean my lashes prior to meeting the lash artist. I got my prior lashes done by another artist removed. My usual lash artist is out of town on vacation for one month so I figured I needed to find somewhere to get my lashes done. I found this place next to my favorite store to shop HomeGoods and decided to give it a shot. The removal process of my prior lashes was maybe about less than 30 minutes. My eyes are sensitive so the products used burns a little. Overall, my eyes were all cleaned up after I flushed it all out. I got the classic lashes special first time promotion for $99 and $25 for additional volume. Bree was the lash artist; very sweet and engaged in conversation. I was referred to Amazing Lash Studio by an acquaintance, I was excited by what she told me so I called them and set up my appointment. When I went, I made sure to tell the receptionist that I wanted the promotion for the $119.99 / month which includes 2 free refills. She said ok, and I thought that is what I was charged for. It wasn't until two weeks later when I noticed that they had charged me $119.99!!! When wen it for my appointment with my stylist, I was telling her about it. She explained to me that they charge EVERY FIRST TIME client $99, regard less of what promotion you choose! That was NEVER explained to me! The two weeks ago I went in a few days early ( before it was time to debit my account for the monthly payment). The receptionist asked me if I would like for her to " pull the payment " then and I said no, because this is my second refill for the month. She then said they go by "points" and I did not have enough points to cover that visit. So if I didn't let them pull the payment early, I would need to pay $79.99 for the service that day ( 5/14/21). I then asked her if I paid that amount, would hey still debit my account on 5/17/21 for the $119.99? And she said yes, before I knew it I said " you must be crazy if you think I am going to pay $200 for some damn eyelashes"!!! I told her I didn't get paid until the 15th, she said she needed to call her manager. Her manager said they would take the payment then, the NEXT DAY! Fast forward to yesterday, after my service was completed The receptionist basically wanted me to pay my monthly fee 7 days early again because I didn't have nought points to cover the service. I became very frustrated, as I told her " the points system was NEVER explained to me when I first signed up nor was the Bull sh.. about charging the $99 first then charging the $119.99 2 weeks later!! The receptionist called the manager and came back and told me that the manager said they would call me on 6/15/21 to get my permission to debit my account 2 days early, for which I agreed. I left the establishment. Today I just happened to check my account, and Amazing Lash Studio took it upon themselves and went into my checking account TOTALLY UNATHORIZED, a chick named Maya made the decision to go into my account 7 days early or rather 5 days ( being the manager and I had agreed to the payment being made on 6/15/21). If she can do it to me she can do it to ANY ONE OF YOU! BE CAREFUL! This place is a ripoff, ONLY about lining the owner's pockets! Lashes fell out in 2 days! I wish I could say great things about this location, however, that's just not possible. I originally scheduled to get lash extensions for the very first time for my wedding day. My husband does not like false lashes and I thought extensions would be the best compromise. I got them done on Friday for my Sunday wedding and literally by the morning of my wedding almost all of the extensions had fallen out. I ultimately had to reach out to the store and send an email to the corporate office several times before the store manager, Olivia, even attempted to address the issue. Finally, once in contact with her I requested a refund for the service and was told this wasn't possible. The only thing they could offer was a rebooking which to I me was unacceptable as I explained to the store manager and corporate that lash extensions is not a service I would want to get redone. Again, I only got them for my wedding day which was negatively impacted by their poor service. It's 2 months later and I am still fighting with them for a refund. It's a simple refund and that's it. When i came in for the appointment I still was only given limited information. I asked for a particular length and style . I was advised a young lady that was still in training would be doing my lashes but did not know how to do what I requested that they offered . I asked to see someone else.. I still scheduled with the nice young lady as she said I can do something very similar ( I should have left ) 3 hours later I was not satisfied with my lashes ... went to pay for my service- they have a special $79 for full set .. I was then told of the additional fees as that was just for the service and not for the actual lashes .. i paid but i will not be back .. I'm giving this place 1 star for their clean facility and good customer service in the front. The reason why it is also 1 star is because of the horrible quality that this place delivers. When making my appointment, I requested a master tech because I know that I'm picky and my lashes are long but thin so they need an experience person to do it. I also asked if they use natural mink and they said yes. So I went there and Kashmir took 3 hrs to do it. She was very gentle and nice. But when I came home I realize the lashes were glued on way to low thus there was a big gap on my lashes and it was very uncomfortable. By the 2nd day almost 70% has fallen out. I called them and they told me to come in again. This time I got another tech. She was very rough on my eye lids. She left my eye lids swollen and my eyes blood red after I left. She also explained that my lashes are too thin and they use "synthetic" mink so they are way heavy than natural mink( which I thought I was getting) So she went to talk to her manager and the manager basically told me they can't do anything to help me. First of all if you're client comes in with lashes that you can't work with you should have told them before you do their lashes. Second, since they already attempt to do something they shouldn't have in the first place they should have offer to refund my money. But they didn't. What kind of manager that can just tell a client you just wasted your money on something that we couldn't even do on the first place. So she ended up glueing 3 for 4 of my own lashes into 1 fake lash. It looks horrible!! My lashes are falling out like crazy and very damaged. I drove an hour to visit this studio because they had the best reviews, and they did not disappoint! I was in town for the holidays and needed a new set of lashes before a credit I had expired. Due to covid I haven't had my membership or lashes done since March. I went in and showed the receptionist and lash artist what I had in the past and she did a fantastic job!! The front desk staff are personable and professional. The studio is nice, comfortable, and clean. They have to keep the temperature pretty chilly because of the adhesive, but with the blanket provided, I manage to fall asleep every time. Found them online last month, when I was desperately looking for a professional lash company to remove some POOR QUALITY serviced lashes, I had just received at Swan Skin & Nail Spa. They gave me my appointment that day, as a walk-in. I went to get some food with my sons, on my wait. My tech was very professional and talked me through the lash removal process, before every step she performed. It was a painful experience, to get them removed right after getting them. Let me begin by saying the store is clean - the reception friendly. The product is what it is - meaning - if you get a well trained technician who cares about her work quality then you will get a beautiful set of lashes. Sadly, if you get a tech who is either not well trained, doesn't care about her work quality or is rushed - then you will get a terrible set of lashes. My first visit which I was charged $101.99 (not advertised $79.99) was May 31, 17. The sales pitch was STRONG - they managed to convince me to sign up for the membership even prior to trying the product. When I asked why I was charged more than the advertised rate I never received a satisfactory answer. I did NOT purchase product that day. All I got was a set of new lashes. I was told they would straighten out the mis-charge and it would be a credit on my account. This never happened. The glue stung. The technician was nervous. She & another tech were complaining about how they didn't have the products they needed - had to supply their own, how management was this - that ...... This conversation was going on while I was on the table with my eyes taped shut. I was so uncomfortable & said so. She said we could take a break if I wanted to but after an hour I said just finish. The lashes looked - 'okay'. I said they look nice but my eyes hurt and felt like the lashes were sticking. She said I had to just get used to it and thats all normal. The next day a couple lashes had already fallen off. The following day more had come off. I called - they asked me 'how many had come out' - how the heck would I know? I said a few from the left eye mainly. They assured me its normal - not to worry. By the 4th day almost half of them were gone off my left eye. The right eye looked 'ok' - when I called they said I needed to brush them - to purchase a product when I came back in for a refill that would condition them. On June 14, 2017 my credit card was charged $59.99. I returned on June 16, 2017 and said I wanted a refill but by a master technician, not the same person & I was willing to try once more. Almost ALL the lashes were gone by then. I told them I still had not received a refund from the mis-charge. I was told they would look into it. This time I got Patty who was excellent & told me that she could tell the other girl had really messed up. Patty was very professional & it was a totally different experience. It did not burn, hurt or was uncomfortable in any way. She didn't complain or talk to other people during my visit. It was relaxing & the lashes looked wonderful! I really loved them. At this same visit I was told as a member that I shouldn't return until AFTER the charge appears on my credit card or there will be additional charges and this was somehow the explanation of why I wasn't being refunded. I should have walked away at that point as in no way did this make any sense at all. I had a photoshoot coming up & needed lashes for it so I waited until July 14, 2017 & came in for a refill by Patty. Again she did a beautiful job. I purchased recommended products for $31.63. My card was charged $59.99 that same day. Sadly, three weeks later & no lashes had survived. Despite Patty being really great at her job, these lashes began to fall out within a week. I called to let them know and was told they had used longer , heavier ones and this was the reason. Shortly after this visit I was diagnosed with skin cancer on several areas - including a spot on my forehead. I called to let them know I would not be returning and to please cancel my account. I was unable to have anything on my face during treatment. The manager was very sympathetic & even told me about someone close to her experiencing something similar. She said instead of canceling she would 'freeze' my account. I was told to call back within 3 months to either unfreeze or cancel. I again reminded her I was due money back. Again I was told she would look into it. She did mail me a coupon for a free set of lashes for my trouble - uhm, I had just told her I was not able to get lashes due to cancer on my face. On August 14, 2017 my card was charge $59.99. I called to complain. I was told it was my fault b/c I was a day late and it was automatically charged. They now owed me for the mis-charge plus the month which went unused. Since this date I have called to cancel and again was told they would look into the extra charges. I have never heard back. I called once more in November. Again told they would look into it. To this day I have still paid for services not rendered. read more

Buyer beware. I started getting these lashes after I had a gas fireplace singe off my lashes to a short length. I thought that having these lashes would help me to feel better until my lashes grew out. The employees stated several times that the extensions would do no damage to my natural lashes as I only planned to wear them for around 3 months until my natural lashes grew back. I signed up for a membership as I thought this would help me to save money while I had the services for that 3 month period. I used the service twice. After the second service I noticed that the extensions were severely damaging my natural lashes and breaking them off all the way to the eyelid. I now have chunks of areas that have lashes that are even shorter and brittle than before they were singed. I called the location and asked them about cancelling the membership. They said they require 30 days notice (I was giving 14 days) and that I would still be charged another 69.00 before the services could be cancelled. I asked that the charge not be applied as I would not be using it because it was damaging my lashes. I explained that my lashes were breaking off. The lady explained to me that this is "normal," which was quite different than what was originally explained to me. They said I could "gift" the lashes to someone, but it wouldn't be a full gift because a full set counts as 2 refills. No thanks. My account is currently on freeze because I wasn't even sure what to do after being told that. I really liked the look at first but I am very disappointed that I was told incorrect information about how the product affects your natural lashes and I am very disappointed in the customer service that took place afterwards. I will not be back and I advise you to proceed with caution. read more

I am very upset with Amazing Lash Studio Snellville. I walk in Sunday morning to schedule an appointment for lash lift. The receptionist was very polite and try to offer the best fit for me. She offered same day appointment and I agreed. But when I questioned about the tint she said that they need to order the products so we rescheduled for Wednesday same week. On Wednesday 3 to 5 minutes before appointment time ( I fact I was in the parking lot) I was called by the receptionist and she stated they didn't have all the products needed for my lash lift and tint so they needed to reschedule. They offered next day appointment which I agreed with. Next day around 4 o'clock they call me stating they had to cancel my appointment again because the technician I was assigned to did not provided the services I was scheduled for. They the lady on the phone said that they were sorry but a good opportunity arose because another technician that does the procedure, had a cancellation so she could see me. She asked me how long it will take me to go there. I said 30 min and she said perfect we will be waiting for you. At that point I just felt they were just being very unprepared and unprofessional so I decided not to go ahead and cancel everything. I had the lift done before at another place and the service and results were excellent. I just wanted to have it done closer to home. I didn't need to get this extremely poor service even maybe risking a bad result in a place where everything seems to be a mess. *update: (05/28/2018) I came in today and got a refill. My eyes were STUCK with glue and it was very uncomfortable. I told the receptionists and the tech but there wasn't much they could do for me. The membership I got seems WORTHLESS. DO NOT GET IT! I'm paying $70 a month for 1 refill and if I come in early I have to pay an extra $50 (in which I was not told about before I came), and if I come past a month I have to pay more cause it's considered a full set. In my perspective I should be able to come in once a month any time I please since I'm paying a shitload for a refill and not have to pay more if I choose to come in early. They make this complicated so they can charge you more. I really liked my first technician but after this I'm not considering coming back at all. I was so excited to try this place and booked an appointment. The place is very clean and impressive. However, my lash technician was new and did not receive proper training. She struggled trying to get the lashes to adhere. Another employee came in after about 45 minutes and saw her struggling. Told her the adhesive must be shaken, which had not been done. My tech continued to struggle and finally went to get fresh adhesive from the refrigerator. After 2 1/2 hours of laying there (tech's phone buzzing the entire time), I finally looked at the end result. The lashes seemed thin and I was told I got the basic set. What I wanted was an upgrade. Had I been told an upgrade was available, I would gladly have paid. By this time, my tech had a family emergency and her children showed up. So another tech stepped in and tried to fill in and correct some of the issues. Bottom line, three hours later, I was done. The guy at the front rushed me out the door and was borderline rude. On my right eye, at the corner of my eye, the lash extensions are glued to the bottom of my eye and it's painful every time I open or close my eye. The lashes have quickly started falling off (I'm certain due to the unshaken adhesive used for most of my lashes). I am so disappointed in the time and money wasted and will have to try to find someone who specializes in repairing this type of botched job. Very disappointed. This was my first experience with any eyelash treatment. My daughter had an eyelash lift last week elsewhere and the results were amazing. I didn't book where she went b/c I needed something closer... which is how I ended up at Amazing Lash Studio. I spent some time reading about their safety protocols and watching their "safety" video before going. Some of the reviews concerned me, but I figured "how bad could they mess it up?" I arrived with my mask on and called from the parking lot before going in. Once I got in there they took my temp and had me "wash my eyelashes" with some foam. Then I was escorted to a room with my technician. I didn't see her clean the table, nor did she have or use any of the tissue paper on the table as their safety video indicated. She didn't wear gloves, and she seemed to struggle with the whole procedure. She barely spoke 10 words to me the whole time. I was upset that I had forgotten to bring a blanket or jacket b/c I knew it was going to be cold in there. But I read that they had blankets so figured I could use one of their blankets. I was cold the whole time and was never asked if I was comfortable, nor was I offered a blanket. And my eyelashes... I couldn't even tell that anything had been done beyond a few eyelashes that were now crooked, where they weren't before I went in there. I couldn't wait to leave. read more

I have been to this studio 3 times so far. The lobby is clean. The front of the store employees are very friendly and helpful. If you have problems with your lashes or don't like something about them, the front of the store staff really try to help you and rectify the issue. The rooms used for lash application are clean and comfortable. Ashley has filled my lashes twice now. She is absolutly great at her job. She listens to what you like and gives you a beautiful look. I also think she tries to keep your lashes as healthy as possible, I really appreciate this!!
