You go in, place your order, and wait to be called to pick up. They have speakers outside so you can grab a table while you wait. The menu is very latin, cachapas, arepas, chicharron, tacos, tostones... but they also have burgers and hotdogs. I had the Cheese Cachapa with chicken, and chicharron. The Chicharron was perfectly fried and, and the cachapa was delicious, especially with the nata sauce. Portions are generous so we had leftovers. Service is informal, don't expect a warm and friendly welcome, think more fast-food personality, but they get the job done. So, a great place for a quick stop with good food.

The ceviche itself was good. It was citrusy, sweet, and had big chunks of fish. The mango habanero took it over the top with a spicy kick. I am hooked on that and might just get a cup of ceviche by itself next time. When I ordered the sausage the cook asked me "if I was hungry?,'" as he took out the long, large smoked sausage and put it on the griddle while smirking.
