We left our Brandi at Wagville for 3 weeks and she loved it. We got constant updates and stories and watched the Webcam daily. They kept track of her health and modified her diet as needed. They even gave her a bath so she came home nice and clean yet tuckered out. Would use them again.

Wish I could give zero stars to the management. All the workers are nice and caring, but the management just plain sucks. Took our dog here pretty regularly at least twice a week. His photo is even featured in their lobby, and was also a regular on their Instagram account. After picking him up after a few days of boarding, we noticed that our dog was acting strangely--super restless, walking into walls, barking at nothing as if he was hallucinating. Took him to the emergency vet who told us that his heart rate was just racing, despite all efforts to calm him down. Our vet said that based on his experience this looked very much like a result of NARCOTICS INGESTION. After a stressful night at the hospital, he eventually recovered. We brought it to the attention of the management, and on principle asked for a refund of our dog's boarding fees. We still wanted to take him to Wagville in the future and figured this might just be a one-off event. After literally spending THOUSANDS of dollars here as a regular customer, you'd think a refund of less than $200 would be no big deal. The manager said that they would refund us the boarding fees only after we presented proof with the doctor's documents. Plus, our dog "WOULD NO LONGER BE WELCOME AT WAGVILLE." This is how they treat their most loyal customers--with mistrust and disrespect. We are so insulted and never went back to collect our refund, as it was just too upsetting to set foot at that facility again. To the management: here are the documents you requested. Keep the money.

This is a a warning about what can happen with puppies at wagville. I took my unneutered 5 month old puppy to wagville. On around his 8th day visiting i checked the cameras and noticed i didnt see my dog for 20 minutes. I called and the receptionist said there was no problem. Then i get the dreaded call an hour later that winston was attacked in the face by a other dog because he kept wanting to play with a dog that apparently didnt want to be bothered. They said he just had a small bite on his mouth and it was no big deal. Also he was off camera because they were holding him in isolation from the other dog. When i picked him up his eye and the fur around it was very wet and there was some puss. He also could barely open his eye and looked like he had gotten back from a bar fight. The manager claimed he saw nothing. In a couple hours his eye was so bad i had to take him to emergency. You CANNOT screw around with an eye injury. That is very serious!!! He has several injections and lots of meds. The vet said he was lucky i took him in so fast. It was severely infected. Very lucky he didnt end up injuring his actual eye. When i called to get more info the manager i got no help understanding anything and i asked him to look at the video to see what happened. He never did it. A week later i asked him again to look and he said he saw nothing in the video. I was not invited to see the video myself. It was basically tough shit for me and winston, these things happen and there's nothing more to say. I believe the camera thing is pretty gimmicky. There are apparently spots in the video where dogs cant be seen. Great. Also, there is a room for dogs and a yard outside with only ONE person watching for small dogs. This person cant be outside and inside at once. So i have seen winston playing with no supervision several times. I really don't think there is an accuse. They had separated him im the morning before the attack so why then did things escalate into an attack an hour later? My puppy is very friendly and has no aggression, he just wants to play and is too young to know when to chill out. Which is how puppies are. Which is why this place is not good for puppies. Poor supervision. The people working here are not real trainers who enforce structure and good pet behavior. I think they let too many dogs in with no real boundaries and protection. May be good for an older chill dog but they have no business taking in puppies. The manager will tell you "that stuff just happens" and im sure that is true. But from what i have seen in terms of lack of supervision, lack of boundaries, too many dogs at a time with only one guardian protecting outdoors and indoors at once... id say you have a greater chance of injury.

This place took care of my girls. I loved being able to get updates when we were out of town. The videos were very accessible when needed which was fantastic. The only thing I had to say was one of my dogs had some play scratches but that's normal for dogs and for kids. The management didn't let us know but it was easy to take care of. They sent us adorable pictures of our girls after we picked them up. They slept for so long because of how tired they were but they loved it. Highly recommend, they did well with the play date and interview! Our girls are our world and we will do anything for them. We were afraid but we were very happy with how it all went. Here are the pictures that they took!

This review is for the DENTAL CLINIC they do with QUALIFIED PET DENTAL. I couldn't be any more impressed with the cleaning job they did with my dog's teeth. My adopted dog had extremely yellow teeth. Two of his back molars even looked greenish-yellow-black. With that in mind, I was prepared for them to advise me to take him to the vet for the anesthetic procedure, but I figured I would try out a dental clinic first...and I'm so glad I did. His teeth are SO white now! And the team was super friendly. I'll be coming back every 6 months to get them cleaned. I bought toothpaste, went home with some antibiotics for Max, and less than $200 later, I don't have to worry about my dog's teeth being yellow, smelly, or green. :)

To be clear, they have provided top-notch service and care for our dog 99% of the time. Our dog has been going to Wagville since he was 4-months old. We recently pulled him out for the way they handled an incident that left our dog with a small piece of his left ear missing. Our dog, Flacco, as mentioned earlier, has been going to Wagville since he was 4-months, we would take him there from M-F, 7am to 4pm while my wife & I were away at work. Flacco is currently 11-months. Needless to say, Wagville has been foundational piece of our dog's life up to this point. Here's the 1% where things didn't go well with them: My wife picks our dog and she's told that Flacco had an injury and that the manager is currently busy tending to an evaluation. She is told that he (the manager) will call her/us back. She brings our dog home with a bloody, torn ear and no answers. I then immediately call Wagville and ask to speak to the manager and I am told he is still conducting an evaluation. He then calls back 2-minutes later, and our conversation sounds like this: Me: What happened with Flacco? Manager: You didn't notice that Flacco had an injury when you brought him in? Me: He did not have an injury prior to today, we brought a fully whole dog, now he has a piece of his ear missing. Manager: Flacco has tendency to "rough house" and may have gotten into it with another dog. Me: ok, when did this happen and why weren't we notified. Manager: I don't know, we did not notice his ear until we were putting his evaluation together. Me: then why didn't inform us when you found out? Manager: well, we don't call unless it's an emergency*. *that's an outright lie: they called when he was bit or scratched by another dog and they called when they noticed he had a cough. None of those warranted emergency services. Me: he has a piece of his ear missing, that's not significant enough? Manager: [repeats to state fake policy] Me: I don't understand how something like this slipped your attention. Manager: look, we love Flacco very much here. Me: that's fine, but I can't understand how you couldn't notify us? This is not how we have to find out about an injury that is going to leave him permanently scarred. A piece of his ear is bitten off! Manager: *silence Me: *his non-responsiveness begins to make me more upset. Me: My wife and I are disappointed that this is how we have to find out about Flacco, thank you and good bye. Although they have provided us with stellar service, the LACK of offering any semblance of solution, like reviewing the camera footage to determine what happened and when it happened. The manager offered us a figurative shoulder shrug with his silence. This and the fact that our dog now has two permanent and very visible scars while in the care of Wagville has led us to leaving them permanently, like our dog's scars. This is still a solid choice for daycare and you should understand the risk if you are to take your dog to daycare as frequently (5-days a week, 6-8 hours a day) as we did. We came back two days later to get a refund on the days left we had pre-paid package and that concludes our relationship with Wagville.

I did quite a bit of research before i left my dog at a day care for one week. I liked that you had to go through a thorough process as it helped me feel that they really try their best to minimize harmful situations. The staff is friendly and I called three times while I was away. The staff was responsive and provided me with timely updates. I also appreciated that they fed my dog the Papaya I packaged for her since she eats that every day. They provided me with a report card at th end which I thought was sweet. The only "con" was that my dog didn't get her food on the last day because they said they don't feed departing animals unless you specify you want them to feed your dog. I had arranged for her to get picked up later in the afternoon on her last day in hopes they would feed her since I wouldn't be home until late. Now i know I need to specify in case I decide to leave her again. The cameras are great as I did check in often using the app on my phone and it helped me feel at ease.

This was how Guero came home after a week at WagVille..

The best part was I could check in on him my whole trip on a webcam, which made me feel 100 times better.

This review is LOOOONNNGGGGG overdue. I had gotten a Shiba Inu puppy 3 years ago that had to be…read morehospitalized due to Parvo the next day. Then, once he recovered from that, had a fever that almost killed him and had to be hospitalized again. We had to keep him quarantined for a while and away from my other dog (a 7 year old Pomeranian at the time) and get all his vaccinations from the beginning. He was scared of literally every single noise and had anxiety about just about everything. Over time, he developed extreme food aggression and we were worried for the safety of my little Pom. He had been attacked a few times to the point of actual injury and it was extremely stressful for everyone. I was at my wits end and I felt like I had tried everything to help Gunnar (my Shiba) and protect Simba (my Pom). I did a lot of research and stumbled upon Jenina and sent her a message for private sessions where she would come to my apartment once a week. I believe I only used her for a little over a month but I am eternally grateful. The level of aggression Gunnar displayed was so dangerous that my roommate and I actually have been bitten with blood trying to protect Simba from harm where food is involved. The issue was that he wasn't aggressive with all foods and we were unaware the extent until it was too late (ex. we thought it was only wet food so we were giving a chew stick to them separately where I would have Simba sitting next to me on the couch and Gunnar would be on the floor away from Simba with my roommate and the switch was so sudden----from sweet to seemingly no warning lunging at Simba----I stuck my leg out to protect Simba and he bit my leg instead). I feel like at this point, a regular human being would give Gunnar up, but that wasn't an option. It wasn't an option when he came to me dying from Parvo, it wasn't an option when he had an almost fatal fever, and it wasn't going to be an option for me now. I was determined to find a way to help him because he is my baby and my responsibility. The vet suggested I contact a behavioral specialist and when I did, VCA told me the earliest appointment they had was months later. Fed up with waiting, I found Jenina. In a month's time, she had given me the tools to fix a seemingly impossible situation. Make no mistake---she made me work for it. She might come across brash to some people but she is very direct and straight to the point. She doesn't coddle you and makes sure she lets you know what you need to do because while the session is for dogs, it is actually more like training the parent. She gives you "homework" and training info and is only willing to help you if YOU do the work. Now, it wasn't a complete fix. He still has anxiety outdoors or unknown noises as well as food aggression but it is nowhere near what he used to be. Before Jenina, Gunnar couldn't even take a step outside the apartment building let alone go for a walk. Three years later, Simba has sadly since passed but he has a little brother that he is extremely patient with as he acts like a typical annoying little brother), his food aggression has gone down from 100 to 30, and we go out to all sorts of places. He is THRIVING and this is all thanks to Jenina. My roommate and I are on high alert and know what to look for in terms of triggers and are very quick to de-escalate aggression situations. We try our best not to avoid known triggers and we work with him every day to allow him to be his best self. He is the sweetest boy and we are so glad he's been able to show it instead of being overshadowed by aggression and anxiety. She also gave Gunnar his nickname---Gunny! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I am so sorry it took this long to leave this review but thank you so much for saving us. If we had listened to the VCA behavioral specialist that basically called Gunnar a monster and suggested we give him up, he probably would have been euthanized somewhere. We owe you so much.
