My apartment is always in great shape when I come back from being out of town, and my little fatties are well-fed and well-loved. I don't have to worry about them booking up way far in advance, which is really nice. It's been very easy to schedule last-minute appointments and make changes when needed. Last time I was out of town, my flight back was canceled because of bad weather. I called Josh, and he personally made sure to check on my dogs a couple more times until I was able to get back the next day on a later flight. My only complaint (and it's a very minor one!) is the functionality of the site on which I book my appointments. It's not the most user-friendly. But I'm willing to deal with that small detail to get excellent service from Updog. I highly recommend them!
