We had…read morea problem with our Rv , the guy that came out charged us 210.00 (85.00 for a service call , 125.00 an hour to tell us the problem) Then wanted to charge us 699.99 for a part that cost 219.00 to 300.00 from another rv place . Also they needed a part that was not in their little store so the service guy was going to pick it up in San Antonio "for us" , charging us 200.00 for driving to SA then $30.00 in gas and 140.00 for the part . I told them I would drive to SA and get the part my self for them which was only 73.00 to eliminate some of the cost . This Rv place gave us an estimated bill of 1800.00 . Which every place I talk to thought this was outrageous! We were able to get our Rv fixed with less than half the cost . Please beware of Xpress Rv . Call Crestview Rv or Camping World to get rates on parts , I am so glad I did. I'm still upset I gave these people any of my money .

I was able to get answers without having to chase anyone down repeatedly, which was unfortunate because I had fully prepared myself for that possibility. Everyone I dealt with was polite and helpful, and the entire process felt much more straightforward than I expected. What really stood out was how matter-of-fact and professional everything felt. There wasn't a lot of drama, confusion, or unnecessary back-and-forth. Things were explained in a way that made sense, and I never got the feeling that I was being brushed off or treated like an inconvenience. Naturally, this made it much harder to leave the kind of fiery review I thought I might end up writing. I also found it inconvenient that the people there seemed to care about doing things properly. I agreed to having a new rear AC installed, a new power center, with new breakers, new EMS, and new 50 amp power inlet. I later asked him to replace a slide out awning and add a 12 volt power awning. Two and ahalf months later, I got a call sawing all was ready. Picked the trailer up to find four screws holding the power awning has pulled out of the side of the trailer. The new EMS would not connect to the trailer due to continues electrical problems ( that were supposed to be fixed. The driver's slide would not extend. The new AC doesn't work nor does the front AC. The awnings were replaced but workmanship was sub par, not the professional work, I was lead to believe I would get. Many more minor issues have been notes. During the process, Paul has ghosted me. He will not provide documentation of the parts supplied nor address the fact that the electrical problem persists. Paul worked with the insurance company for the estimate. Was this insurance fraud?
