We've been trying for six weeks to get this thing fixed and now the Flint journal is telling us they do not service their own boxes. I spoke to the customer service agent and his supervisor Manuel, who both stated they could send us a pole in a box, but we would have to install it ourselves at our own cost. I advised the neighbor is elderly and cannot physically install a box and a pole. Both of these guys told me too bad and if there's nothing else we can do for you have a great day! My advice don't use Mlive or the Flint journal as they absolutely do not care about their customers. Which leads me to believe all they care about is money. They just lost another customer !
