Well that did NOT work out as my Yorkie the second dog is feisty. She did groom her once, and I assumed she would do it again, so when I called to make an appointment. I didn't get a call back. So I called again and said I don't know if you are ill, or on vacation but would like to set up another appointment for Sophia & Stella as I will be moving and want to get one more groom in before I move. No response again. Now my groomer ALWAYS got back to me. So, I called again and said, I assume you do not want groom Stella the Yorkie, but will you do one last groom for Sophia and you always said she was such a good dog. Again, no response. My last call to Wiggle Butts was that I thought how she handled this situation was not right. She could have called me back and stated she is too feisty but she didn't. That is NOT how a business handled PROBLEMS. I was not mad at she always did good with Sophia. I paid her prices and tipped properly. So my advice if you have a dog that is not feisty this is a good place to go, but if you have one that is, ignore this business with the plague as they do not RESPOND to your calls.

When we called to make our appointment, they did an over-the-phone consultation and gave us a price estimate, which was very competitive - especially considering they were the ones coming to us! They parked right outside of our apartment, showed us their van and their equipment (top-notch), and talked to us about how we wanted his hair cut. We showed them some photos of what we liked and were able to describe how we wanted it cut (it was our first time so we didn't truly know how to best describe it - something like a puppy cut but not too short because he's a very skinny pup), and they made our vision a reality. It was so nice not having to drive across town to go to another pet grooming salon where it takes all day long, and not knowing when he would be ready. It was nice knowing that he had individualized attention and we knew exactly when he was ready. Plus, we didn't have to travel anywhere! I can't describe enough how great the convenience was having them come to us and the assurance we had knowing that he wouldn't be neglected or kept in a cage waiting for eons. All-in-all, Juan and Heather were prompt, professional, and did an amazing job with our dog. They even gave us written details on how they cut it, so that they could repeat the exact cut for next time, which is SO helpful. They are my first-line defenders when it comes to Saydee's overall health, including her body, teeth, fur, and ears. Appointments can be challenging to secure because they are that good, which is why I book mine for the entire year. Monthly visits work best for me, and I gladly drive 35-45 minutes each way because I wouldn't trust anyone else with this task. A word of caution regarding any unfavorable reviews: They are poppycock. Professionalism isn't always warm and fuzzy and f you would rather hear flattering words while dealing with sloppy grooming, tardiness, and inconsistency, go somewhere else. I took my maltese here for boarding and grooming for almost 16 years (my dog just passed). In this time the cost for a grooming only went up three dollars and some change! I was always happy with his cut and reasonable time it took for him to be groomed. Amy used to groom him, she was the best. My dog always came out with a big smile on his face. The staff are ALL beyond kind and considerate towards my dog and I. I boarded him at least once or twice a year (for 10 days) in the suites with the webcams. You must book early for these on holidays. I loved checking in on him and watching him play in the doggie day care (while I missed him on vacation). The staff are attentive to any medications and/or dietary needs, and will call you if there are any major problems while boarded. This business is so great that there is a strong following of people who keep it really busy, so plan ahead for a grooming and boarding. It will be worth it. I totally recommend Pet Spas and Suites. They are so personable and caring. This isn't run like a corporate pet store where you never see the same people again the next time you come in, the crates are half the size at the corporate chain pet store. I went once and they were rude. I had a friend whom the corp. chain didn't take notes on her dog who had a hip problem (nor did they listen to the owners) and the dog ended up getting hurt- requiring surgery- costing thousands of dollars and pain and suffering to her dog. That would never happen at Pet Spa. It will be sometime before I get another pup but I know where I'll be taking him/her when I do. I will miss the Pet Spa & Suites family until then.
