The teriyaki flavor was a bit overwhelming, maybe too much sauce, but I still gobbled it up. My friend would have given her actual duck teppanyaki dish and the whole experience five stars, she loved it so much. I would definitely go back and try another one of their veg dishes! Does Hamachi even make its way to the UK? I never saw it on a menu once. Miyazaki does offer salmon nigiri both raw and lightly torched and that's about as exotic as things get. What they do they do well enough and certainly well enough for the area. If you're in Maidenhead you might as well make a reservation to dine at Miyazaki. It's not the only restaurant in town but I think it might be best one.
