Does Hamachi even make its way to the UK? I never saw it on a menu once. Miyazaki does offer salmon nigiri both raw and lightly torched and that's about as exotic as things get. What they do they do well enough and certainly well enough for the area. If you're in Maidenhead you might as well make a reservation to dine at Miyazaki. It's not the only restaurant in town but I think it might be best one.

The amaebi (sweet shrimp) was different than what I normally have. Normally the amaebi would come served raw and the head would come deep fried separately. The head was not served, but it was probably due to their customer base. The Karaage chicken was very tasty. We all thought the fried rice could have used more flavor. In the end, we ate everything. Staff was very friendly. I would rate it 3.5 stars.
