This company is run by an immature child. They picked up less than half the poop, dropped a large…read morepiece outside my gate in the walkway. When alerted to the issue, instead of apologizing the owner defended "Trevor" saying he had 12 years experience and knows how to do his job and that he did his best. When I pointed out that he couldn't possibly have tried very hard since he was in my yard maybe 6 minutes and two minutes in transit- and left poop everywhere, my service was deactivated and they charged my card anyway. Bill is being disputed with bank, and small claims if it comes to that. Avoid at ALL COSTS. Not even if it was free. Stay far away.

I've been serviced twice, and if not for the fact that the technician put a bag of poop in our trashcan and our gate was not as we left it, we wouldn't have known he came until the bill came. Even though I explicitly requested to be told he was leaving the first day i met him, and even though my notes asked for the technician to come to my door when they came. The first time, it was hours after he left when I checked the yard and saw that he was gone. The second time, I hadn't realized he came at all. I canceled my subscription. And when I gave my feedback, rather than taking the critique and moving on, the manager decided it was better to to defend her employee who "has been doing this for 10 years" - but did not read the notes where I asked for him to notify me when he arrived, or listen to my request to let me know when he was leaving. The manager says they're trained to come and go without notice after the first time. But if my notes said otherwise and I explicitly said otherwise to the technician, I think I've made enough effort. I fell behind on the yard when I got sick, but now I can handle it. For owners with young pups like me, dogs that like to run off, or dogs that are wary of strangers - be advised that making your expectations known may not have the results you're looking for. If you have no physical ailments, it's better for your peace of mind to do it yourself. 2 stars because the job got done.

The owner and the store clerk, Nick, are both extremely knowledgeable and genuinely care about what they do. Every time I walk in, I feel supported, informed, and taken care of. Their customer service is truly exceptional. What really sets them apart is their mobile grooming service--anytime I've been in a bind, they've come through for me without hesitation. I will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN…read more I took my maltipoo last week. I took her here maybe once before years ago. This is not my normal groomer. My dog just went to the vet for a physical exam just hours before and there were no issues. She is an indoor dog & does not socialize with any other dogs. She has never had an open wound, nor any incident with any other groomer in her life (5 years). My dog came home with cuts on her legs and face and I just found another on her ear this morning (it was masked by hair). I contacted the company and the groomer said the scab on her legs must have got caught on the clippers. She also said she doesn't like being cut on her face. I do not believe either of these statements. She has never had issue at any other groomer. My main complaint is that none of these were mentioned to me when I picked her up. It was only said after I called and told them what I found. The owner did contact me and apologize and offered to refund half the grooming price. I do appreciate that. However, Now that I found another cut on her ear, I'm honestly even more upset. There is no way that she went in there with all these cuts without my knowledge and without a licensed vet noticing them. She didn't because those cuts weren't there prior to her grooming, although the groomer claims they were. I should've have requested a full refund and medical care/products. Although I did receive an apology after contacting them, it doesn't negate this fact this shouldn't have ever happened. Now I have to spend money tend to her wounds medically and don't know what to do since this has never happened before. I'm just very irritated with the whole situation and hope I don't find any more cuts.
