I highly recommend Wags Hotel. The 24/7 hours of operation is definitely a plus when the need to board is a must. Whether I am communicating with management, customer support and anyone within the entire staff, have been very professional, thorough, understanding and patient. I appreciate the concern with follow up calls, messages, emails, and any offers to help with my pets needs. The variety of services is awesome as well. Thank you everyone at Wags Hotel read more

I LOVE this place and my dog Kobe LOVES it too! I have a high energy dog and they have so much patience with him. The staff is GREAT and I TRUST everyone when my dog hangs out for all day play. Thanks team! read more

Took my dog Indiana to the Carson Wag Hotel. First off very clean establishment. The staff was awesome! Very attentive, gave me a tour, and explained everything very well. Indiana had his first daycare day today which was free and loved it. He will be joing the Wag family on a permanent basis. read more

The best doggy daycare in the Southbay! After several trials at different daycares I felt wag hotel was the best fit for my dog. The employees are all super nice and welcoming and I can confidently say that they will take good care of your fur baby. They have also always squeezed my dog in for last minute nail trims which is nice! My dog is always excited to be dropped off and gets home sooo tired which is a plus for me! I would recommend wag hotels to everyone! read more

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS LOCATION! The staff treat my baby dogs (which are Pitbulls) like family. I am definitely a customer for life!!

Our dog Boomer loves staying here. And they make it quite easy with a menu of various options and add-ons that bring peace of mind.

We were having work done on our place and needed to have our dog cared for. Originally it was just one night but the work was taking longer than we expected so I called and asked if they could add an extra night and they did without any problem. We also had him get a bath during his stay. All of the staff I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with the services provided. Will be using for future grooming and boarding needs. read more

I would see this hotel from the freeway everyday. I finally decided to give them a try because we needed to board our dog (Mamba) during Thanksgiving. We now LOVE the wag hotel!!!! They offer so many amenities and services to accommodate your pet. The staff is also amazing, super friendly and helpful. I'm so happy that I tried this place out, my dog now comes 1-2x a week. read more

I can't say enough great things about Wag Hotels Carson, they are simply the best! There is a dog daycare/boarding down the street from me and I prefer to drive on the freeway to come take my dog to Wag. The reason being is because they have continued to provide myself and my Frenchie Dunkin Donuts the best service. They are so sweet and kind and make it a point to know every dog that comes in that place. Whether it's daycare, grooming, or boarding they got it cover and we use all three services. The app Wag Hotels uses is great for booking reservations, viewing the on-site cams, and seeing the pictures they take of your pet which is always great to see. Big thank you to the entire Wag Hotels Carson team from myself and Dunkin Donuts! read more

Not only failed EVERY expectation, but got my dogs sick as well. Then when my wife called, we were told "no problem, it's just a cold. You signed a waiver." Cameras don't work, emails don't happen, people don't care. read more

Great place for Boarding, Daycare and Grooming. I have used all these services and couldn't be happier. My dog loves going to Wag Hotel. Grooming services are the best! One groomer so, you never have to worry about different person getting it right. You need a specific cut? No worries the communication is awesome. Maybe the word Hotel throws you off, but this is a one stop shop for your pet services. They also have training, but I haven't used that service yet. Jasper loves you all. 1. Friendly 2. Great customer service. 3. Employees remember you and pet. 4. Clean / very clean 5. Inside/outside play yards with cameras 6. Clean air filtration / does not smell (big points for this) 7. Kitchen prep for food and sterilization, on point. 8. Free facility visits if your not sure. If you want the best for your pet, this is the place. It's worth the drive from where ever you live. Other locations available too. Drop off and pick up they will work with you, just ask. Worth every penny!! read more

Not very happy that I received a quote for one price and was charged $100 more. Called 3 times to have a manager/supervisor to call me and never received a call. One of the staff member a young person had better customer service and tried to help. Let alone I was receiving pictures of the wrong dog and it seemed to not bother them. My dog is on a special diet and I'm assuming she wasn't given her proper food because she had the runs when I picked her. I thought this was a great place and wanted to start doggy daycare but lack of customer service from management and reps from 800 # I will look elsewhere read more

Did a quick weekend trip ad needed a place for our dog as the usual spot wasnt' boarding due to Covid. I ha sen this. Location on my way one from work daily for the last year plus so I figured I'd hop on and check it out. Prices were fair, website was reasonably easier to navigate and with a little effort the reservation placed. I spoke to Customer service at one point as well to clarify my appointment and was treated kindly and professionally. Once on location, We were net at the door by a very friendly and informative associate you're guided me through the check in process very effficiently. The location was well laid out, lit and super clean. I had packed, food, meds and treats in a reusable shopping bag and the seemed to help speed the process along. All said the drop off took about 20 minutes. Pick up was about the same and we had requested a bath for pik up and he was ready all clean dried and nail trimmed. Excellent. I'd like to collectively and individually thank all the team members that made my. Trip care free and my dogs stay so nice. So thank you in nor particular orde, Tiffany, Britney, Kevin, Helmuth, and Jackie. Job well done all. read more

Found this place the last minute because our usual spot where we board our cat is not offering pet boarding at this time due to COVID. So thankfully Wag Hotels came up on my google searching engine first, gave them a call and their representative Shannon answered all of my questions. Then we had our Calico cat on her way to Wag Hotels. Even though it's double the cost per night from our usual place but very accommodating to our pets needs plus they're open 24/7. So if they're any change of plans during your pets stay someone is available to help you. Plus this place is conveniently off the 405 exit Wilmington. I don't see how anyone can miss a building with a giant photo of a face of a dog driving southbound on the 405. Plenty of parking and my favorite part was how how clean and spacious the facility was. read more

We took our dog to a few dog daycares, and the staff/environment wasn't too professional. After being recommended Wag Hotel in Carson, we're extremely happy with taking our dog (Lady) there. The staff is super professional, friendly and actually knows our dog's name. It makes us happy knowing they actually have a bond with the dogs there and not just leave them in a room. Our dog loves going and they've always been super helpful with late pick up or feeding her. They also do overnight boarding which is a huge bonus and their prices are super reasonable. They even send us pictures on our online profile about her day and her dog friends. We're super fortunate for this location and the staff. I recommend this place to everyone I know with dogs. read more

We are so happy we found Wag Hotel/Carson. We started bringing our Husky Skye back in December of 2020 and have continued to bring her ever since whenever we need. I can tell she loves it there because she's always excited when we arrive at the hotel. At Wags we feel our girl is safe and it's the only hotel we take her to. We have used the boarding, and all day stay and have had great experiences with both. Everything looks clean and well maintained and the staff is friendly as well especially Tiffany, she's always so helpful. read more

Been coming here for 5 years and it's one of the only places I trust with our fur child. Love the staff, they've always been great. Prices aren't bad and they're open 24 hours for pickup making it easy to pick our dog up whenever we need to. read more

We had to leave town for business for a few days. We contacted WAG hotel for help. They were quick to create a profile for our pup RUBI and schedule the needed dates. Celina thoroughly explained what to expect and what the process would be. That was comforting for us as leaving RUBI alone was never done. We were able to see RUBI interacting daily with the other dogs. It was a great experience for us and RUBI. Thank you Wag Hotel and thank you Celina. We will definitely be back. read more

Normally I dont leave my precious baby anywhere and don't trust too many people with her because weve had a couple horrible experiences with pet hotels. Having to go to a business meeting, I was left out without options. On edge, I decided to try out wag hotel. I spoke with a young lady by the name of Tiffany. Tiffany assured me, then reassured me that Sage would be in good hands. Everything was perfect from the moment we got there. I left hoping for the best for my baby. When I returned, I picked up Sage just as happy as she was when i dropped her off. Thank you Wag Hotel in Carson. I'll never take her anywhere else. Planning sages stay was a breeze, as well as everything else. The facility was clean. Customer service was impeccable. You guys will for sure see Sage again ! read more

Have loved other locations but the Carson one was pretty disappointing. I have a feeling these issues are probably not experienced for dog owners but I wouldn't recommend this location for cat boarding. They lost my cat's water bowl and extra food in about a 24 hour span. They did remember my cat's extra food when I realized his bowl was missing and came back but never retuned his bowl. The camera was down the majority of his stay and unfortunately I'm not sure he was interacted with very often as when we pick him up from the other locations he seemed much more relaxed than when I picked him up here, he seemed rather stressed. While some of the staff is very friendly, we felt pretty disregarded or rushed by others. All in all, it was only for an overnight stay but I would probably try to find another location for cats if you can. read more

I have been bringing both of our dogs here for all day plays, grooming and boarding. I am still giving WAG South Bay/ Carson a 5. Since we have been coming for the past 4 months, of course like every dog, mine has his favorites (handlers). I have a husky/boxer/every other exciting mix you can think of and he loves it. He is so joyful and excited, and to be honest he goes to another daycare and loves WAG MORE. It is like dropping off your child off at Disneyland, and when I pick him up he acts like he doesn't want to leave. We 2ill continue to come and this is what he looks like when I pick him up read more
