Set up an appointment to get my puppy bathed. Paid $40 up front. When I picked her up, she didn't smell like she had gotten a bath and no one said anything to me. The front desk was a bit crowded with owners picking up their dogs after work, so I didn't want to wait. When I got home I could tell she had not been bathed. I called up Wag Days and asked whether my dog had gotten the bath I paid for. They told me that she had not and that they told me that when I picked up my dog. That was a LIE. Why would I walk out after paying $40 without rescheduling the bath or getting a refund? Once I confronted them about this fact, they hung up on me. I eventually spoke to the owner manager who admitted that her staff lied to me. I told her that I would never leave my dog at a daycare facility that would lie about something like this.
