You really can't do better than Andrew's Pack if you're looking for a quality doggy daycare. They are so professional and really seem to care about every dog that walks through the door. We've been taking our dog there now for almost 2 years and never regretted it. We had to board him there last Christmas Eve and they let us bring his bed and blanket from home to make him feel more comfortable during his overnight, and it was pretty affordable for a holiday! Andrew's is the best!! When I adopted my dog he was extremely fearful of strangers. I didn't think I'd ever be able to board him or take him somewhere for daycare. Someone with a dog very similar to mine suggested Andrew's, saying that her dog loved it there. And sure enough so did mine! I was so nervous but he immediately took to Drew and the rest of the staff there. Now he gets so excited every time we get to Andrew's. I was a happy customer until I got a nanny cam. My wife and I were paying for 30-minute walks for our dog for over a year. When one day one of our glasses was mysteriously broken while we were at work and Ryan (the dog walker) didn't mention it to us, we were a little concerned because no one else should have had access to our home. We got the nanny cam just to be safe. On the very first day we had it set up, we saw Ryan come into our home, write the note he leaves every day, move the leash that we have hanging on our door, and leave without even taking our dog outside for a quick pee - let alone for the 30 minute walk we were paying for. We immediately called Andrew's Pack to inform the owner that Ryan wasn't actually walking our dog. The owner wasn't concerned about it and said he wouldn't fire Ryan (apparently Ryan is a very popular dog walker!), and Ryan told us it was a one-time mistake. Given that this was the first day we had the camera set up, this struck us as an obvious lie. We also asked our neighbors about it, and they told us that Ryan would often take our dog out for a few moments and then leave (again, we were paying for a 30-minute walk). There had been plenty of previous occasions when Ryan "forgot" to leave us a note - we now wonder how many times that was true. Needless to say, we don't use Andrew's Pack anymore. tldr: these guys lie and rip you off read more

We bring our dog to Andrew's Pack when we are out of town for overnight stays, and at least once a week for daycare when we are in town. He is paired with dogs of his own size and energy level (which is always very high), and comes home exhausted which is perfect because it means he got a great workout. We know he loves it because every time we walk anywhere near Andrew's Pack, he immediately tries to steer us towards daycare and starts wagging his tail. He also can't wait to go in everytime we are actually on our way there. The team at Andrew's Pack has also been great at giving first aid when our dog needed it once because of a prior injury. This place is AMAZING! We've doing renovations to our house and have been taking our dog to daycare everyday--she loves it there. I love how the dogs are able to look out the window during the day and are taken on 2-3 walks a day. They treat our dog as if it was their own. We've had our dog stay here for an overnight stay and they actually have someone STAY with them overnight, they have someone with them 24/7. Utilizing a dog walker is tough because the business owner has to find someone who can work with your schedule and someone your dog likes. This is a tough order no matter how you slice it. We recently moved out of the city, but I utilized Andrew's Pack over several dog walkers. Why several? Again, it's a MATCH PROCESS. My dog liked guy #1 .. until one day.. he didn't. He liked Girl #2 until.. oops.. Girl #2 took a job in Italy. Okay.. that's life! Then we got the best one of all, and we loved her super hard until we moved out of the city. I needed to find someone to take care of my pup with one day's notice, and sure enough, Andrew and Amanda were at my door within 2 hours of me contacting them to do the introduction step. They were on time, and spent time with me to discuss what they offer. They were both very thorough. Today, Amanda took my German Shepherd out for a walk. She sent me a text when she arrived to ask about the key, and guess what, she was right on time! Our dog ate a pen and was feeling fine. The vet told us that he should be watched for the next few days, in case it was hurting his insides. Since we needed to leave we contacted this place to watch him for a few hours. The place stank and when we came to pick him up, he was alone locked outside in the dark. No one was home, and they lied about his time there. They said they had given him dinner (food was untouched) and played with a ball (he doesn't play with balls). To top it off, when someone finally came to let him out of the yard, he was on drugs and unable to have a normal conversation. Only plus was that they did not charge us because of our dissatisfaction. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE! read more

Last summer, we adopted a rat terrier with pretty severe separation anxiety, and I was beyond excited when Andrew's Pack opened up just a few blocks from where I work. Our pup has been going here 1-3 days/week for the last 6 months. Carmen, Caitlin, Andrew, and the other staff all take care of our lil guy as if he were their own. They put up with his neediness, take him on walks, and let him play with the other doggies. I know he likes it here because sometimes he'll try to go into the building when they're closed, and he even runs towards Carmen with joy when she's there. I love seeing the updates on instagram (when we first started taking him here, I used to check it *incessantly* haha) and I feel so happy knowing he's here instead of home alone howling. I highly recommend Andrew's Pack and so does my Pit Bull, Crash. Crash looked forward to spending time with them because the staff was friendly and obviously loves the animals. They have created a fun environment with a lot of outdoor space. They offer daycare, over-night, and extended stay at what I think are reasonable rates. Andrew is great! My husband and I scheduled petsitting services with Andrew last summer and then had to cancel at the last minute because my mother-in-law insisted on watching our grumpy cat!! This past week, I needed a last-minute dog sitter because my husband and I were planning to take our stepkids to Washington for the weekend. Despite the 11th hour request, Andrew met me at our house on Friday night and went over all of the details of our pets' routine. He was very thorough and gave me the option to pay via paypal, which is great! Andrew was scheduled to begin his services the next afternoon. Of course, when we woke up the next day, both kids had ear infections and we had to cancel our trip, so I was AGAIN in the embarrassing position of canceling on Andrew at the last minute! He was very forgiving about the payment but I insisted on paying since we had changed plans on him twice now! We THEN ended up venturing out to my parents' house with the kids that day since they were able to get to the doctor in the afternoon and get antibiotics. After dinner, everyone was having so much fun that my parents invited us to stay the night. Unfortunately, we needed to get home to walk our pups. I texted Andrew to see if there was any way he was still available to stop by and walk our pups. Yup, I was YET AGAIN changing plans on the same day. True to form, he was completely courteous and professional and walked our dogs that night and the following morning. Despite all of the schedule changes, we were able to enjoy a more ear infection-friendly weekend at my parents that came with the peace of mind of knowing that our pets were in good hands back at home. DO NOT USE ANDREW'S PACK. Been using Andrew's Pack for a number of years. Recently brought a nanny cam to keep an eye on our dog. Was shocked by what we found out. Andrew's Pack rarely arrived at the times they specified they would arrive between sometimes leaving our dog 12 or more hours between his scheduled pee breaks. Would turn up at random times during the night including 12-2am. Absolutely disgraceful treatment, that could amount to animal abuse. They should be ashamed of themselves. Always paid for 30minute walk but from the time they arrived at our house to the time they dropped our dog back it would never last more then 15-20minutes. So glad we had the camera to check on everything otherwise we would never know. This has happened multiple times and after giving them the benefit of the doubt and asking them when they dropped our dog back via text and said everything was fine, we have finally had enough. read more
