Walk This Way has been wonderful to us, and our little Larry. Our dog has epilepsy, and with sporadic seizures we have had to make the occasional last minute request (less than 24hr) notice for check ins for our little guy. Walk this Way (Sandy) has been so accommodating in these situations. My husband and I are also provided with such piece of mind knowing that a walker familiar with Larry will come to see him. In general, the company is well run and the walkers and staff seem to truly care about the pets . We are not looking forward to moving away from them in the spring! :-( read more

Walk This Way - Larry - Dog Walkers Near Me

I am a neurotic, obsessive Dog mom and it was hard to trust someone with my fur baby, but Walk This Way has gone above and beyond. They are diligent about keeping me informed about everything, updating me, and taking amazing care of my pup! My dog is hesitant to trust people and she LOVES our walker (I think that's a pretty great review in and of itself!!). They are so accommodating and responsive (an non-judgmental of messy homes!) . The moment that made me trust this company forever: one day, our dog walker (Faith) came in and found my dog had thrown up in her crate. She immediately picked up and cuddled my still-puke-covered dog because she was crying, and cuddled and comforted her. Faith then cleaned up the soiled toys and tried to clean the bed, and when she realized the bed would need a deeper clean, she found a replacement and made sure my dog was ok before she went back in the crate. Faith texted me everything and kept me updated, and she even volunteered to come out and check on my dog in a couple of hours if I could not get back from work. That sort of care is not something you can put a price on, and I am so grateful. If I could give ten stars, I absolutely would! read more

Walk This Way - Walk This Way keeps my baby fluffernutter very happy!! - Dog Walkers Near Me

I used to use Top Tails, but two things happen: Katlyn, a great pet care taker who loved my cat Pepper and Pepper loved her, had left and they now wanted 4 days in advance for weekend visits (I could understand 24-48 hours but 4 days is excessive.) Now Walk This Way has become the place. They offered a cheaper price than Top Tails for longer amount of times with my cat Pepper. I have met Pepper's new pet care takers and can trust them with my cat. Likewise, they do not demand a 4 day notice. In fact, as one Yelp reviewer noted, they can do it on a morning's notice! I do wish they took credit cards or even PayPal, because it would be easier for me to pay the bill, but in the meantime, I can feel comfortable when I leave knowing that my cat Pepper is good hands. read more

Walk this Way is the best! It is super easy to shoot an email to Dara at the office and get my cats scheduled for a visit. Chelsea leaves cute little notes about what my little guys are doing while I am away, and even posted a pic of them on Instagram! It is nice to see that my pets are in good hands so I don't ever have to worry when I need to leave town. In our initial meeting, the owner brought along a photo album of their clients. It was great to see so many satisfied customers. I recommend them to anyone who needs a responsible, caring pet sitter. They truly go above and beyond to ensure our cats are happy. read more

Walk This Way - I love getting these notes from my cat sitter! I learn all about their adventures while I am gone. - Dog Walkers Near Me

We have used Walk this Way since we moved to Roxborough a few years ago. They are excellent with our two cats and leave detailed notes each day they watch them. Our cats are a little high maintenance and the sitters are absolutely fabulous with them. They are all around wonderful, reliable people. I locked myself and my infant daughter out of our house (and conversely, our car) and they were at my door with keys within 10 minutes. If that isn't incredible customer service, I don't know what is. I cannot speak highly enough of Walk This Way, and I will be referring my friends their way. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! read more

Had the sitters come during 2 vacations now. The sitters were very professional. The company come for a visit before hand, learn the pets, and explain the whole process very well. Rest of it is as simple as dropping off and picking up the keys. The sitters leave a note after each visit, and they contact the owner if there is any issues. Absolutely a great service with a great price! read more

I am so thankful for Walk This Way. We have 3 dogs which can be challenging to exercise when we both work full time. One of our dogs is leash reactive to other dogs and I always worry when discussing this with a walker. Our walker Chris was not phased by this behavior at all. We have been using them for about 4 or 5 months now and the progress of my dog is amazing. She has gotten SO MUCH BETTER. I love that my dogs get the same person everyday and I think because of that they are really thriving. The cancellation/adding walk policy is perfect for us. Sometimes I won't know until the day of that I can work from home and Walk This Way is always accommodating. I can't express enough how great Walk This Way is! read more

After moving to Manayunk two years ago, I needed to find some new options for care for my two pups. After searching online, I decided to go with Walk This Way for both walks and overnight services. They got in touch quickly, and came over to meet the pups and review care procedures. Since then, they've been providing walks and overnight services for our pups. They have been wonderful, and it is great to know both the pups and home are cared for in my absence. Whenever an issue has arisen with our pups, they've been very helpful and communicative (the notes they leave after each visit are also a nice touch)! Scheduling appointments is a breeze - I handle it all via email and Dara is incredibly prompt with her responses. We've had to make last minute changes, and even cancellations, and Dara has always been understanding - there are never additional fees for these updates. In short, they've been amazing, and I'm so glad I chose to go with Walk this Way - I can't imagine scheduling vacations without them! Thanks for everything you guys do! read more

Sandy and the Walk This Way folk are the best. They are very flexible and so far have been able to take my dog for a walk on a morning's notice! They clean up pet messes if they find it, take in your mail, turn your lights on for you so when you get home, the house isn't dark and genuinely give your dog good lovin' when you have to be somewhere else! read more

Walk This Way took care of our cat while we were away, cleaning her litter box, feeding her, brushing her, and playing with her. They were wonderful! Before leaving, we meet with them to introduce them to Abby (the cat), show them where things were located, and provide a key. I can't speak too highly of them, they were nice, caring people, who we trusted completely. read more

I love Walk This Way! My Labrador, Santos, is very well taken care of during my long work day. I'm a retail manager with different shifts each week and this is never an issue for the flexible staff at Walk This Way! read more

Walk This Way is a God send for me!! I have been using them for my pit Otis for a few years now. I think Megan loves my dog as much as me!! Its nice to know that he is being attended to by a loving, responsible walker. I come home to a relaxed, happy dog. read more

Yay, love Walk this Way! Sandra and her staff are so wonderful to work with. They take great care of our pets and leave the nicest visit notes! read more

I have been using walk this way for a year and a half now, and couldn't imagine using anyone else. Faith takes such good care of my dog (Jack), and leaves great notes letting me know how their walk went. The staff is amazingly friendly and extremely accommodating, I can't count how many times I had to reschedule last minute and they not only accommodated the change, but did not charge for late notice! Walk this way has my business as long as I live in the area. read more

I could not be more grateful or thrilled to have found Walk This Way. I'm very protective about my pugs - if I had to leave them in the past, they only stsyed with friends or family. Unfortunately, I had to travel for work this week and had no one to take care of my furry kids. Walk This Way came to the rescue! They were patent with my worrying and anxiety, taking time to reassure me before and during their visits. The girls watching my dogs sent texts w/pictures and left a report card for each visit detailing activities, if they were eating & going potty as they should. My dogs can be fussy eaters when I'm away, but with a little yogurt bribery they both ate like usual. My only disappoint is that I didn't find Walk This Way sooner! read more

Walk this Way is amazing. I have been using them for over 6 months, and their service is always excellent. Jen is an amazing pet sitter to my two cats. However, I know I can also trust anyone that Walk this Way sends my way. They go the extra mile every single time. My cat was injured (on my watch), and being new to the area I did not know where to turn. I called Walk this Way and they had a list of places I could call to get emergency services. They also followed up with a phone call to see if my cat was all right. Couldn't ask for a better service from any pet-sitting company. Thank you Walk this Way! read more

I contacted Walk This Way for cat sitting during a week's vacation at the recommendation of a friend and I am so glad I did. I was impressed not only with their professionalism but their affection for our cats. We felt confident while we were away and came home to two happy cats and tidy litter boxes. I highly recommend. read more

Sandy and the Walk This Way crew are great. We used them in January when we went on our honeymoon and then more recently we took a spontaneous beach trip and they fit us in nomatter what. We feel totally comfortable leaving our Sheebs with WTW and love getting the adorable report cards when we get home. Highly recommend them! read more

Sandy and Dara have been a godsend to us. In addition to caring for your pets, they also care for your home at the same price (many pet sitters charge more for plant watering, mail retrieval, etc). One of my cats needs a pill twice a day so I can't even leave over night without calling on Sandy and Dara to help. We have a big dog and two cats and all of them love Sandy, even though they know she's the lady who comes when mom and dad go away. read more

Love Walk this Way. Have been using them for over a year now. They are flexible with scheduling which is a breeze. We feel content knowing our puppy is in their hands. Leave detailed reports about their visit. Sometimes I think my dog is better behaved on walks for them compared to me. read more

I am so happy I found Walk This Way to care for my new adopted pup, Snacks! Snacks is a rambunctious little thing and can be a little hesitant around strangers. She really warmed up to the ladies during our little meet and greet and WTW assured me that the same girls would be her regular walkers. So far, so good! Snacks seems very happy when I come home from work and I get a little report card that tells me what she did and how she behaved. It's adorable! I feel so comfortable having WTW care for Snacks and I highly recommend their services. read more

I have been using them for 10 years or so since they started. Amazing service, and having a few sports injuries, they have taken care of my dog like it was their own "own call" when it was a rough day for me. Trust them with keys to my house etc... Recently have had to 'lean' on them more - and where there for me ...... Just fantastic !! read more

My dog Rocky and I are very happy to be customers of Walk This Way. The same person comes to visit with him everyday and just as others have said, our walker leaves a detailed note about the visit. They are quite flexible if I don't need them and just as flexible if I need an extra visit. It is good to know my pooch is well taken care of while I am at work. I recommend them to anyone who needs help with their pet. read more

Walk This Way has been a wonderful experience! Our dog loves them and so do we. They are well-priced, convenient, and wonderfully flexible. More than once I've had to make changes to our routine and they always respond quickly and courteously. I cannot endorse them enough. read more

They took very good care of my cats, but they have RUDE customer service! They do not take debit cards, so when they finally got around to cashing my check a month later and it bounced because I was trying to close out the account, they got very rude on the phone when I asked if they recieved a new check. They also said that they would no longer take checks from me. Then I asked if I could have my key back to my apartment and they told me that it would be a $10 fee to get my key back to my apartment. Very rude customer service, but the girl who sat my cats was nice and took good care of my cats. read more

We used to be clients with Walk this Way. While we were clients we had a great dog walker, and then we were switched to a new walker. That walker wasn't coming on time, and would walk our dog for 10-15 minutes, instead of the 30 we were paying for (I can see the activity on our alarm system). I broached it and was promised it would be addressed. However, day after day the same thing was happening. I was just speaking with a neighbor who also told me that while we had walk this way our walker would allow our dog to fully extend her leash and dart into their yard and approach the whole way to their front door. She said she would be barking while this was happening, and running straight towards their dog. Now, our dog is friendly (and barks a lot) but the new neighbor had never met our dog and it was very startling. It happened everyday for over two weeks. Finally the neighbor had to specifically as the walker to stop allowing the leash to extend and keep our dog out of their yard. I am so embarrassed that this was happening. I am also so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and control by Walk this Way's dog walkers. This should have never been happening and both my dog and the neighbor's dog were put at great risk by the walker's poor judgment and unprofessional conduct. read more
