I had the chicken bacon waffle and it was so good! My daughter got the ham & cheese one and loved hers as well. My fiancé got the banana cream one and his was significantly smaller than ours and he said it was so-so. After eating, we went back up and grabbed some drinks. The white mocha with peppermint was delicious!!! I'd definitely get that again! There's only 3 small tables with 2 chairs each, and it's shared with Fiz, so there's not many places to sit (unless you want to go outside in the cold). We didn't mind standing and eating though. The employees were really sweet and we'll have to stop here again sometime when we need a quick meal. read more

This concept is exciting and unique but we were a bit disappointed with the flavors! We purchased one waffle stuffed with egg, sausage and cheese and the flavor was a bit off considering the waffles are sweet. It would have also been better with a sauce or savory waffle option. We also purchased a waffle topped with Banana and Bischoff which was extremely sweet we couldn't finish. Again would have been great with syrup or some sort of creme fraiche to cut the sweetness. Waffled is in an awesome location at Station Park mall and they've got an awesome menu! Environment: 8/10 The restaurant is located in the center of the mall and is right next to a beautiful fountain, playground and lots of seating! Customer Service: 7/10 All the employees were wearing masks and they had our waffles out to us pretty quickly. Taste: 6/10 One of our waffles was pretty undercooked in middle, but there were some elements of the flavor combos that we liked. We got the La Belgique, that had Nutella, strawberries, and whipped cream! We really liked their fluffy whipped cream. The other waffle we got was the Lumberjack and it had bacon cooked into the top and bottom of the waffle which we thought was really good! Price: 7/10 Most of their waffles are $7.50-$8 which isn't too bad for waffles. You can definitely share a waffle with a friend if you just want a quick snack while shopping at the mall! Our first time for this restaurant. The pictures looked so good we had to try it. The staff was friendly, and very efficient. The food was delicious. A word of caution. Getting a sweet themed waffle starts out amazing but by the halfway mark you tire of the massive dose of sweet. We found that splitting a savory and sweet order was the perfect dose of both. Ordered gluten free waffles, as myself and two of my children have celiac disease, and we were not given gluten free. Called and spoke with the manager and she was very rude and very unkind, said that it's not a big deal. Gave them another shot, months later, placed order for pick up. Waited 40 minutes past pick up time for order to be ready and again, given the wrong waffles. Seeing they offered gluten free was exciting to my two young children who often have to go without. If they are unable to offer gluten free or are unwilling to follow the request than they need to just remove it from their menu. Extremely disappointed in not only the mistake, but the response of management when they were made aware. read more

just had the worst experience! I just put in an order on DoorDash and the order was accepted. My dasher got to the store and I noticed she was waiting for quite a long time. I messaged her and she said you guys don't have my order. I called at 12:45 and spoke to an extremely rude young lady. She said the iPad for dash orders wasn't working. I don't understand why you all didn't call me and let me sit around and wait for an hour. The girl was so rude and wouldn't tell me her name, she said she didn't have to lol. We came here primarily because they offer a gluten free waffle, which is hard to find! We ordered the berry cheesecake toppings (on a gf waffle) as well as a regular sausage, egg, and cheese waffle. Daughter was thrilled with her gf choice and cannot wait to go back to try other combos. The regular waffle was also tasty. We also ordered mochas, but they were FIRE hot and we both burnt our tongues, which is why I'm giving it four stars instead of five. All in all, it's worth another visit.
