Annie's Cafe is a super cute spot!!…read more The good - Fantastic service, it felt like we were treated as friends. The server made good recommendations - Super tasty food. We ordered the chorizo crepe and this curry chicken salad sandwich that was delicious - Great chicken fried steak breakfast. The breakfast potatoes were spot on. They were perfectly crispy! THE BAD - Nothing negative to say. We enjoyed everything we ordered and will happily come again

Tonight we decided to try Annie's Cafe. The atmosphere seems welcoming, and the menu is enticing. I…read moreordered a chingona burger, which the menu stated normally just comes with potato chips. The in-restaurant menu gives the option of ordering fries, onion rings, or a cup of soup for an extra charge ($4.25 for soup). So I ordered a cup of the French onion with my burger. My wife ordered the Monte Cristo crepe with the French onion. I really enjoyed the burger, which was spicy and flavorful. My wife did not like the Monte Cristo crepe, which was lacking in texture and not very tasty. Apparently a Monte Cristo doesn't work as a crepe? The French onion soup was a glutenous ball as the bread became incredibly soggy in the broth. But the broth itself was flavorful. The food was mixed, but the bigger problem came when it was time to pay the bill. I was shocked when it turned out to be almost $20 higher than expected. I was charged $12.95 for each soup. I pointed out the discrepancy and the server took one of the soup charges off the bill. I pointed out that this was still an overcharge based on the listed price of $4.25 on the menu, but apparently the "cup of soup" on the menu did not include French onion, which is something that should have been clearly shown on the menu or at least explained by the server when I ordered it. Not wishing to argue the matter further I paid the bill with an abbreviated tip and left. Given the lack of communication and the exorbitant prices charged for middling food, we will not be back.

I have come to Dali Crepes many times now and have been meaning to submit a review to mention how…read moremuch I hope they stay here for a very long time! This location was to be an Even Steven's that we used to go to on occasion, and Dali Crepes did an amazing job with this space! It is so nice and inviting inside. I've always loved a savory crepe, so I was excited to take a look at the menu and see the options they had. That being said, the sweet crepe options looked so delicious that my husband and I contemplated splitting a sweet one in addition to what we were ordering. I was glad we decided not to because my goodness! These crepes came out and they were HUGE! It really justifies the cost of the crepe because I mean it; they were massive. Here's what we ordered: * I'm Vegetarian crepe: I can't begin to explain how obsessed I am with this crepe. The combination of flavors is so delicious. I love pesto in a breakfast item and that in combination with the avocado mayo is so good. The crepe is not heavy at all and every bite is refreshing with the greens, cherry tomatoes, and feta. * Breakfast in Montenegro crepe: My husband loves this crepe and gets it every time. He said the prosciutto and fresh mozzarella really makes it and he loves a perfectly cooked runny egg yolk. * Mango smoothie: I ordered a mango smoothie to-go because I can't resist a mango menu item. It's a very uncomplicated smoothie with mango, mango purer, milk, and whipped cream. But it was the perfect way to end my meal with a little "dessert." The wafer straw was also a tasty touch. * Espresso & Biscoff: My husband ordered an espresso with his meal and he said the flavor was great. It came with a Biscoff cookie for dipping, which you can never go wrong with. I can't tell you how many times that I've ordered crepes to-go from them now because they also travel well. Big fan of what we've tried so far and I'm glad that Dali Crepes is here!

Our beautiful server, Florida, greeted us kindly, was excellent with everything a server should, plus...she was cracking jokes to make us smile..and she took a great photo of our family for us! We got 2 savory crepes and 2 sweet crepes as well as the arugula side salad. I tried a beer from Sarajevo that was well balanced reminiscent of Corona. 5 stars for it all!!

You are greeted with walls of pink flowers and tons of spots to take cute Instagram worthy pictures! The service was good. We went on a Monday afternoon and it wasn't busy. There is a sign stating they are short staffed and I only saw one sweet lady running the whole show. We didn't have to wait very long for food because she was surprisingly quick! Very friendly too. The food was very good! Good size, great flavor and beautiful presentation. They had so much to choose from on the menu that all sounded amazing. My only complaint is for a crepe, it's pricey. Almost $20 for a crepe is why I knocked a star off. Other than that, I'd recommend this place for a nice brunch spot with the girls!

When we entered the building we were immediately drawn in by all the flowers and the bright space. Every wall was covered in flowers, neon lights, and gorgeous lighting. It is adorable!! The woman who took our order was super sweet and our food came out quickly. I've seen their "over the top" shakes on Instagram for years so that was a MUST. We also ordered a panini and several crepes. Everything was delicious, super "Grammable," and beautiful. I may need to make a special trip back to Ogden just to come here!!

As we started the ascent to the restaurant, we realized we were probably under dressed. That being…read moresaid the receptionist and waiters were all very polite and the service was great. The restaurant itself is beautiful, as are the gardens and decor. We actually took a small tour of the building and grounds after dinner. It was lovely. Now for the food. The food was probably the leaps point of the night. Everything sounded delicious, but nothing really hit a home run for us. We got the beef bourguignon appetizer and the escargot. Both were good, but nothing amazing. The bread was okay, we got a side of gluten free bread that was actually excellent compared to the normal bread. We also got the lobster bisque, and it was also just okay. Beautifully plated, but actual flavor was underwhelming. Very little actual lobster and a bit too salty. We didn't finish it, if that tells you anything. We got the filet mignon as the entree and it too was underwhelming, especially for a 6 oz filet that cost $80. We asked for medium, and it came out much closer to rare. Flavor was okay, the sides that came with it were also okay. We didn't finish this plate either. We finished with two desserts. The baked Alaska, that had some sort of sorbet, a watermelon puree and some sponge cake. It was weird. A lot of textures and temperatures. Overall we didn't like it very much and didn't finish it. We also got the brûlée cheesecake, which was actually excellent compared to the rest of the meal. The cherries were delicious as was the cheesecake itself, and the brûlée on top gave a slightly different texture which was delicious. We'll be back, but more than anything for the ambience and overall experience, not necessarily the food.

I had done my research ahead of time otherwise it wasn't clear that there is no self parking options-only valet parking. The grounds and property are beautiful and we enjoyed some photos ahead of brunch. Our group was seated in a semi-private room and the service was impeccable. However - the food... was sadly lackluster and overpriced. I had the chateau breakfast for $39 which included eggs to order, ham (my protein choice), breakfast potatoes and a small slice of crème brûlée French toast. The highlight for me was the potatoes. The ham super dry, the eggs undercooked(I ordered over medium and they were like a sunny side up consistency), and the French toast felt like eating sand without much flavor. Thankfully the "complimentary" croissants were delicious and fresh. Aside from the company I was with, the ambiance and service - I do not recommend nor would I return.
