An absolute gem! I'm mad that I never ate there before. We…read morewent on Easter Sunday for a late breakfast. We did not reserve but they were able to sit us outside, it was a beautiful day. We probably had 3 different servers, I loved how they all worked together. They were all friendly and polite; Alegra was the one we talked to the most, she was terrific. On to the food, we loved it! We had a Morrocan Spice Avo Toast with a poached egg, it was delicious!! Had to take half home. We also ordered Pope Benedict and WOW was it good. The hash browns were crispy, the eggs were perfect and the cauliflower purée delicious. I wanted there to be more of it! We also had a perfectly made latte served in a glass who I love and a calming refresher, so good. If you haven't been, do yourself a favor and go! Can't wait to go back and try other things.

The menu has a nice variety of options, so it's easy to find something you're in the mood for whether you want something light or a more filling meal. Everything comes out quickly, but still tastes like it's made with care rather than rushed. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, making it a perfect place to grab a quick lunch or an easy dinner without spending a lot. Overall, it's a reliable go-to.

I had never tried Cafe Demetrio before and decided to visit on Saturday morning. Unfortunately, it…read morewasn't a great experience. I really wanted the French toast sliders. When I paid, I mentioned that I'm allergic to nuts, and the cashier then told me I couldn't have anything with French toast because the batter contains nuts. Nowhere on the menu does it state that, which is concerning for anyone with allergies. At that point, I was already disappointed. When we received our drinks, my latte was cold. I even asked the runner if she was sure it was mine, and she said yes. After she walked away, I checked my receipt and it clearly said regular (not iced). Overall, it was frustrating. I'd rather just go to Crema down the street next time.

The inside is pretty big and there's outside seating as well. We Came on a Saturday an hour before they close and it was jam packed! Every seat was taken. Customers started to leave slowly and we were able to sit down. We only ordered coffee but the plates that were passing by us looked delicious. The only thing I did not like was that customer service was not the greatest. The server was not nice, and none of the employees were friendly nor approachable. Not once did any of the employees smirk, smile, or say hello to us. We ordered a cafe Leo and a hot latte. The quality of the coffee and the taste was worth the drive from Pembroke Pines!

If you're looking for one of the best breakfast spots in Kendall, this place is a must-visit. The…read morefood is incredible, fresh, and made with so much care, but what really makes it special is the owner. He reminds me of Carmy from The Bear--passionate, hardworking, detail-oriented, and completely dedicated to creating an amazing experience for every customer. You can feel the love and energy that goes into every dish. The service is warm, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel like family. In a world of chain restaurants, this place is a true local gem. Whether you're stopping in for coffee, pancakes, or brunch, you'll leave happy, full, and already planning your next visit. Joaquin thank you for taking the time to make us feel so welcomed! Kendall is lucky to have a place like this!

We originally stopped by Jealous Fork for what was supposed to be a quick breakfast…read more Instead, we found ourselves planning our next visit before we had even paid the check. On our first visit, we ordered the breakfast sandwich, the Banana Walnut Pancake, and two iced lattes (one with 2% milk and one with oat milk). Everything was outstanding. The breakfast sandwich was packed with flavor, the latte was perfectly balanced, and the Banana Walnut Pancake was on another level. The combination of caramelized banana, toasted walnuts, and their smoked maple syrup was absolutely RIDICULOUS. We loved it so much that we came back just two days later. This time, we shared the breakfast sandwich because we needed to save room for more pancakes. We ordered the Lemon Curd & Blueberry Pancake and the Brunch Still Hungover Pancake (their espresso-inspired pancake), and somehow they were even better than we expected. The Lemon Curd & Blueberry was bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced, while the Brunch Still Hungover was one of the most unique pancakes I've ever had rich coffee flavor without being overly sweet. That's the magic there for me, you might look at these pancakes and assume it's "too much" or might be overwhelming but the flavors are so perfectly balanced, it's a darn masterpiece. What really made the experience special, though, was the owner. He took the time to chat with us, explain the inspiration behind some of the menu items. You can tell this isn't just a restaurant to him, it's something he's genuinely passionate about. That passion comes through in every plate that leaves the kitchen. The staff was warm, welcoming, and seemed genuinely happy to be there. In a city where brunch spots come and go, Jealous Fork feels like the kind of place that earns regulars. At this point, our goal is simple: keep coming back until we've tried the entire menu. As I'm writing this in deciding to go back to try the burgers..BRB

YELP! It's time to move to 10 stars, because Bistro Cafe, deserves a 10 OUT OF 10 Damnit!!!…read more When I tell you, this place is amazing, it's absolutely amazing, from the interior, to the staff, and the food! Just finished our 6 day anniversary cruise and my wife found this Bistro from the reviews. This was a brunch stop before hitting the airport. We started off with mimosas, my wife had the cotton candy mimosa and I had the margarita mimosa. Great way to start off, they were delicious! My wife order the French Toast with Scrambled Eggs & Diced Potatoes. I ordered the Chapulín Egg white omelette with pancakes...let me tell yall something..The BEST Omelette I have ever had you hear me. Huge shoutout to the chef! We loved the all the food, but I truly loved the omelette. When I come back to Miami, I'm calling yall ahead of time cause this was everything I needed! Thank you all so much for your hospitality!

The food was AMAZING! We definitely got a little carried away ordering because everything sounded so good, and for just my husband and me, our bill came to around $150. The portions were MUCH bigger than we expected, so I'd actually recommend ordering a little less than you think you need because you'll leave stuffed! That crème brûlée French toast was truly CHEF's KISSSSSSSSSSSSS! I would fly back just to have it again! The drinks were great too, but let me warn you... that Cotton Candy Mimosa is SWEET. Whew! If you have a serious sweet tooth, you'll absolutely love it. The atmosphere was such a vibe. The music was right up my alley, and the entire restaurant had such a fun energy. On top of that, our servers were phenomenal and made the experience even better. One piece of advice: get there EARLY. We arrived shortly after leaving our cruise and were seated without an issue, but while we were there, I heard people being quoted anywhere from a 30-minute wait to over an hour. If it's your last morning before heading home, that may not fit your schedule, but I can honestly say it's worth the wait. Amazing food, great service, fun atmosphere, and an experience we'll definitely be coming back for. Bistro's Cafe has earned a permanent spot on my Miami list!
