Brought my brother here for a quick breakfast and thought the All American was ok. We ordered 2, i with bacon and the other with sausage. It was ok. The sausage was thinner than I remember it being but ok. I know Waffle House is cheap breakfast but they clean this place up a little. Like the floors. The broom and duster was in the middle of the floor when we arrived and was still there after we left. My server was new and her name is Jahniah ( I am sure I spelt it wrong) was obviously new and did an excellent job taking our orders and making us feel comfortable. she followed back up and asked if we needed anything else. The staff was so nice and polite to not only myself but to other guests that came and left the establishment. They communicate with each other very well. This was one of my best Waffle House experiences. My host was Michelle however Sosa, Kendra, and Guess. The Cook cannot make scrambled eggs, i ask for well done, and got half fried, half running eggs. And what was worst was that the cook had a severe attitude problem, she was arguing with the cashier and order-taker, i thought that was rude and unprofessional , not to mention unsanitary to be talking over people's food while you are making it. read more

We stopped in last night. First time eating at Waffle house in over 26 months. Alot of locations have not allowed inside dining so we were excited to finally sit down and order some Waffle House staples. Service was great, food was great, everything cooked exactly the way we ordered it. Most of their business was take out and there were only 2 employees but they did a great job and we are planning on visiting this location again. read more

The waitress seemed nice and the meal was delivered promptly but I take issue with the young man named Mani. He is an employee who has a very filthy mouth. Throughout our meal he was loud and obnoxious. He used profanity in every sentence including the use of the n word. I don't care if he is black I don't appreciate that type of language and aggressive behaviour. If this is the type of behaviour acceptable to waffle house I won't be back. read more

This place is the true definition of a dirty Waffle House. The place was disgusting. They were cracking eggs over an open pot of grits that had no top. The cook kept burning the waffles and would toss them over to the trash but would miss but she wouldn't pick it up. The grill was dirty so it burnt the bacon and at this point I just walked out without even getting my money back. Wasn't worth the attitude. Road food. These places are everywhere. In fact, we had a blast playing "WAFFLE HOUSE!", a simple road game where there first person to see the road sign on the highway shouts the name and gets a point. You would think it's easy, but across the different states, the freeway signs can be bright yellow, faded yellow or white. Confuse the sign with a different establishment, you lose a point! So, don't jump the gun until you're sure and shout, "WAFFLE HOUSE!" Bonus point for seeing the actual restaurant off the freeway first. It's an exhausting game. read more

I worked here for 2 months. Most of my coworkers (cooks and servers) did things to make food unsafe to eat, and would knowingly serve customers bad food. I was fired after being blindsided by a coworker who struck me in the head with a piece of steel, knocking me unconscious; only for telling him to stop using the N word in front of customers. Management doesn't seem to care of the constant neglect of keeping food safe to serve. Roaches in restaurant all day every day. Management was more focused on gossiping and starting arguments between staff than correcting my paychecks that were short almost every week I worked there. Managers treat employees with hostile attitude and aggressive behavior, unwilling to take responsibility for themselves, and will blatantly lie to make themselves appear better. Had nearly no problems in 2 years working at Waffle House until I transferred to this horrible store. There's another store right down the street I have worked at that is far more clean, safe, friendly, and just better in general. Benita is the only employee (that I worked with) at the store who cares about the customers and tries her hardest to put out safe, good food in a friendly and clean environment. She works harder than every other employee I saw combined and would be the only server I would recommend to order from. read more

Well, I've been stopping by this location lately since I've been working in this area. Never had any problems here, food is always good as expected. BUT. Today, upon entering, a waitress was giving a sermon about the evils of tattoos. I have one or two of those, so should I be offended? Am I evil? Not what one wants to hear when coming to a dining establishment to be sure! So, if you have tattoos, maybe you want to eat somewhere else. read more

I call and no answer . I walk into the store location and call and the phone never rings. This has happened more than once. The cook tells me it will be 15 minutes before he can get to my order which I should have been able place over the phone ...but no answer . no management in sight. This waffle House puts a bad taste in your mouth for waffle House . kids run it and don't care anything about customer service . and this is a store I have been visiting . the past year I've visited a hand full of times and only because the customer service is not there at all. At first glance, this seemed like a normal Waffle House . The tragically over used elementary proverb of never judge a book by its cover was given new life. Right as me and my wife walked in we were escorted to a nice cozy dim lite booth that set the mood for our anniversary dinner. The waiter was polite and professional, casually walking us through the menu explaining the globally inspired flavors and culinary techniques used by the chef. I was surprised to learn that they focus on using locally grown produce in attempts to support local farmers and sustainable foods. My wife had the casolette with roasted duck and new potatoes (which was delicious). I went with the froi gras and apple tart. Everything was perfect but I can only give them three stars due to the wine list was overly focused on French Burgundian wines, a mistake most new somalias make. I just walked out and had to write this. I walked in, every table was dirty. So I sat at the high counter. The whole counter was dirty and menus were just strewn across everywhere. I asked the waitress if she would wipe it off, and she proceeded to wipe only my section. I placed my order. There were grits in my cup, and the cook was constantly messing up my order. I counted 4 mistakes just on mine. He also had to-go orders that he messed up. He was gonna put my chicken on bread instead of a bun, the server corrected him then said don't worry about it, and then he asked me if that was ok. It wasn't! Apparently they were completely out of sodas, because there was a loud hissing sound the 30 minutes I was there and nobody tried to stop it. The waitress was eating candy out of the palm of her hand, in front of me, and I saw no manager, not that it matters cuz he's the one who hired these wonderful employees. I hope everybody reads this. This location provides some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I am writing this review while sitting inside waiting on my food. The cashier is absolutely unprofessional. I understand that this is Waffle House and the expectation is already low so I don't look for any 5-star treatment or anything. When I entered the building, I was greeted by maybe 2 out of 6 of the employees, and then stood at the register for several minutes while my cashier and 2 other employees were looking at pictures on their phones. They completely ignored the fact that I was standing there and another cashier who was actually busy doing her job had to yell out to them several times that they had a customer waiting. Then when my cashier finally makes her way over, she assumes I'm there to check out and without saying anything she begins to grab at the air expecting to take my receipt from me. This is an issue for me primarily because she is entering my personal space possibly to snatch something from me because she is doing this without my acknowledgment or consent. After I tell her I wanted to place an order, she says "what you want?" And then proceeds to call me "hun"( I may not look it, but I'm grown and well over 30 years old so to be called hun by a child as though I'm a child is absolutely too personal and borderline disrespectful ). This is extremely unprofessional and unpleasant service. I absolutely love small diner food and grew up on Waffle House as a special treat for my sisters and I when we did well at school, so this company holds a special place in my heart. I just absolutely hate poor customer service. My issue is not with the company, but the service. The cook is amazing and she prepared my food perfectly, and I really appreciated the other employee speaking up the way she did because she kept money in the establishment. Food, products, and prices change all the time but good customer service should be a standard that stays consistent because it can bankrupt a business faster than anything else. read more
