Our reservation was for 15 ladies at 1 pm. They were actually able to accommodate us a bit earlier (during the week). Since our group was so large, we were divided between two rooms in the house which worked out fine. Parking was easy in the adjacent parking lot and easy access for one of our ladies who walks with a cane. Each of us was able to order our own tea selection and it came in a lovely tea pot. The full tea food items were very scrumptious with a nice variety and plenty of everything. Worth the money without a doubt. I might just say the sconce was a bit dry but really no other complaint. The servers were great and very attentive especially with our very large group plus another group in another room. It was a very pleasant first visit and will most definitely visit again soon.
