The reason I am rating this review so high is due to the food actually being AWESOME and fresh for being so darn cheap. We got the food to go and ate in the car due to the interior situation. I had just a simple bacon cheeseburger and my husband got a chicken sandwich with the crinkle fries. Those fries were SO GOOD. I think we spent $10. We would like to try another Jacks in the future to compare and see if the quality is as good, but we don't have any near us at this time. From what we could see, there is a reason this place is so busy, its pretty good and a great price point.

They let us know we could sample as many flavors as we wanted, and were patient and helpful the whole time. The flavor options are fun and creative, and they offer kiddie cups, milkshakes, and more. Last time I was here, I had the Browned Butter Brownie and still remember it as one of the best ice creams I've ever had. This time, I went with the Biscoff Cookie (so good!), and my kids got PB&J and Butter Brickle. We all loved our choices--the ice cream is thick, creamy, and perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. Bonus points for their sustainability efforts: paper cups and lids for most sizes, and compostable spoons! Kiddie size still has a clear plastic lid, but I appreciate the effort overall.
