To those managers, if a $4 bowl of cereal and milk is such a worry to you, I'll gladly go to the store and buy a whole box for $4 for you to restock up your supply and a gallon of milk. I must say it was a totally positive experience at the restaurant here in Albany. My eggs were perfectly cooked, the biscuits were just as good as I remembered and everything else in the breakfast platter was hot and properly cooked and flavorful. Great service and timely. And I bought something in the gift shop and the people in there were very personable and helpful. I will be back to try supper and see how they do on this. It is still comforting to have a place where you can get a consistently well prepared meal with good service. It has gone up in price, just like every other restaurant in town. We need to extend these folks some grace; we need Cracker Barrel as much as they need us.

Then when he sat us down, she still had not acknowledged us or greeted us. She was on the phone the entire time and just walked around. She never walked to greet or check on any customer within the establishment. Very poor management skills. I would have never knew she was a manager until I asked who she was. Interpersonal skills not there at all. Cami (THE HOSTESS WITH THE MOSTESS) she has the best attitude, very personal with everyone she saw in the store, walked around and spoke to everyone, checked and made sure everyone had what they needed.
