While I can't fault the employees of the People's Bank branches I've used at Anacortes, Oak Harbor,…read moreand Burlington, I've never had a bank screw up more often than this bank, and I finally had to close my account and move to Skagit Bank(which is GREAT!). Among the problems I've experienced are: 1) inability to access my account or use my People's debit card for an entire weekend, which People's blamed on a problem with a firm that they rely on in New York to maintain accounts and 2) People's phone system going down, which again made debit card use impossible, and I could not call any of their customer service numbers.....again, this happened over a weekend

I'm pretty sure when you go through the drive-through your face is already on camera not to mention. I can go right into Bellingham and stay in my car with my sleeping child, and they are more than willing to help me and give me the money that I need. The lady was not very helpful and I'm glad I only have to do very little banking with this bank. It's little things like this that keep their members happy and wanting to continue to use them as their baking service.
