They outright refuse to provide assistance by either stonewalling or by stating there's nothing they will do to resolve any issue. When I walked into the branch on two separate occasions, two different white males told baldface untruths that they hadn't any ability to reconcile my checking accounts. They stated they did not have any forms and didn't have notary services. In reality, neither wanted to accommodate my request because they did not want to provide customer service to any Black American. This typical mindset prevails among whites, Asians, and Hispanics in the area who socially exclude Black Americans from services because none like and desire working with Black Americans.

When I opened my small business account at this location I was told that the basic business accounts had no minimum balance requirement and would not be charged a service charge each month as long as I signed up for online banking and opted for online only statements. However, since I opened my small business account I discovered that they've been charging me a service fee every single month since I opened the account when they aren't supposed to be charging me one. I guess it's time to finally take and pull all of the accounts that I have with them and take them to WECU which doesn't play the constant games that they play with small business owners, especially ones that have been long term members!

The only reason I'm giving the place three instead of four stars is that the service when you drive through is quite slow. No other cars have been there when I've gone, there are only a couple of cars in the parking lot altogether, and still, it takes minutes for anyone to greet me, or assist me. This has resulted in an inability to reach people in a timely fashion, my calls being dropped, and my customer service emails have gone unanswered. The surrender charges for moving my accounts are pretty hefty. I was told by my local office that moving my accounts was a corporate decision; the corporate office said it was the Bellingham office's decision. Now, if I need an extra distribution or any advice at all, I either have to wait on hold, hoping that my call isn't dropped, or wait for an answer to my email.
