I was leaving for vacation in 10 days and I somehow had to make sure this got taken care of. Luckily, George Montgomery's State Farm office jumped on my case. Immediately after taking my claim, they put me in contact with repair companies and sent out an agent to take a look. The agent didn't make me jump through any hoops, he quickly assessed the damage and concluded that I was covered under my policy (yay!). After that, everything proceeded so much more smoothly than I had anticipated. State Farm even paid some of the companies involved with the repair directly, and for everything else they cut me a check that arrived soon enough for me to pay with those funds instead of with my own savings. Work wasn't done by the time I went on vacation, so I gave them my parents contact information and they were perfectly willing to stay in touch with both me and them for the remainder of the repairs. I couldn't be happier with the very professional service I received from George Montgomery's office.

As I know each branch of each company is a franchise, I can only judge this location its customer service and product/service presentation compared to the others. Having experience with three of the major insurance providers, I had the chance to compare for myself their customer service as well as product offerings. The most important element of any insurance business is honestly and strong personal customer service. I don't believe in doing business with businesses that offer just the lowest price, I believe in doing business with companies that offer good quality products, for good quality product prices, and with exceptional customer service that makes me feel happy and open to constant communication insuring that I always have the best coverage. Without a doubt, State Farm's customer service, primarily with the sales associate Benjamin Holguin was the highest quality and the most responsive that I have ever received. His personal touch shows his experience and professionalism. He gave me his personal contact number to reach him when he is out of the office and his direct company line for office hours. He has followed up his end by both answering when he was off, and redirecting my call in an emergency. HOME OWNERS INSURANCE I was renting a new apartment in Huntington Beach, and needing home owners insurance by day's end to qualify. I called Ben who was out of the office at the time but called me back within the hour and set up the policy. LIFE INSURANCE In my past I had worked with the network marketing company world financial group. I understood the benefits of an index universal life policy but had no current life insurance. I contacted Ben who created two different schismatics for me to see the different savings engines under this type of policy. I was pleased and we set-up the policy at a local Panera Bread. Now I have a savings engine attached to my life insurance. He constantly offers new or applicable services. He is not pushy and I highly recommend.

It's sad to get taken by strangers but I retired right after and my insurance increased more than $120 per month. I called this office to get assistance and the lady I spoke with was so rude and nasty to me I never called back so I'm still paying a ridiculous amount for car insurance at 67 years old. California sucks and NOBODY can help. To top it off the nasty lady insinuated that I would carry this bad rating with me wherever I attempt to get insurance and her only option was to offer liability only. Gtfoh!! But my point is why do i have an agent ‍. I could get this lousy service on my own. I would NOT use them on the off chance that Jose is not available because that's the 2nd time I got a lady and they were 0 help.
