The alterations were $130 and I paid her half on the same day I took them. I called on August 1st and she told me they were not ready bc her machine broke but she would have them ready the next day and she would give me a call. She never called. I called this morning she did not answer so I left a message still no reply so I called this evening just for her to tell me my stuff still was not ready. She stated the only thing she had ready was one outfit but keep in my mind we discussed the price for each piece of clothing and the outfit did not equal $65 when we discussed the prices. So asked her could she just give me a discount for the inconvenience and she said no. The only thing she would do is give me the outfit that she fixed and give me back the others ones she did not fix but the outfit she fixed was not $65. She is money hungry and very unprofessional i will never patronize with her again. I know she overcharged me to begin with but she was the only one I could find at the time. They always try to get over on black ppl. When I first walked in the first thing she said was its gonna be expensive as if I didnt have money. I should have known then. My fiancé and I have used them exclusively (see what I did there?) for about 7-8 months including my wedding dress alterations etc etc - easily over $700-$800. I needed a very simple stitch on lace to make garters and they charged me $8 each aka $72 - I could have easily bought these new for that! The owner is very sweet but the rest of the employees need some training. They never call you to let you know that your stuff is ready (for my wedding dress she delayed it several times and I wasted a lot of time coming in for a dress that wasn't ready) and you have to call them. When I called yesterday, twice, she hung up on me both times and did not attempt to call me back. Will be taking my business elsewhere where it's appreciated from here on out.

I had to make several visits, and I'm from out of town, to get told the item was not ready or it had to be altered more for a better fit. But I was so pleased with the outcome of the dress itself!
