The Waco Foundation Repair (WFR) came crew out on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 to start the work. They dug ten holes and started the leveling, but then were called to another job and said they would be back on Friday, March 25, 2022. The crew showed up on March 25, 2022, for about 3 hours, did a little bit of leveling, and then said they were called off to another job again, leaving have ten holes that were left open in the back of our house (one of which is right outside the back door, which cannot be used in case of an emergency). The crew broke the PVC drain pipe with the shovel when digging the holes. The crew finished the work Monday, March 28, 2022. I was told that you would repair it and was asked if they could cut it to repair it. I gave permission to do so but it was not fixed. On 3/28/2022 crew was getting into and out of the hole and was using the PVC pipe as a step. I witnessed him stepping on it more than once. I saw that the crew had wrapped a plastic bag around the pipe and then they recovered the hole. When I asked the crew leader if they had fixed it, he said that they re-glued it. I noted on the form that I had to complete that this was a concern. I was waiting for my plumber to come out and repair the pipe before paying for the job, as this was negligence and was not related to the actual leveling done on the house. The charge was $300 for the plumber to repair the broken pipe. Then the company charged a $161.25 late fee less than 24 hours after the work was completed. It has been impossible to get the owner David on the phone to discuss the issues we have been dealing with and this whole scenario has been a mess. They also need to send the updated invoice with my concerns and signature on it before I pay.

Thank you for the email and I have gone over this with my foreman with all concerns that you may have and or do have. First of all the length of time it took us because we are very covered up with work is an understatement and obviously you have proven we cannot make everyone happy no matter what we did even though at the end of the day the job was completed and by the looks of your completion checklist I would have thought you would be a little more satisfied being you marked excellent on most but in comments noted a drain pipe leaking. Signed and stated the repairs were completed and acceptable. In regards to the pipe please refer back to contract #2 states that we are not responsible in anyway for piping , plumbing , glass , sheetrock etc.... My foreman obviously let you know and out of courtesy tried to repair but WE are not plumbers nor equipped to do so that's why we have that on contracts for you to initial. As far as payment is concerned I would be happy to accept the original balance of $1625.00 had it been paid as on contracts state that it is due at time of completion and Duyecker stated to me that he asked you multiple times if you had any concerns and you just would not say much or bring anything up to him. But today now we have a problem because of a pipe that we are not responsible for. So at this point I will void the warranty at our discretion and place a lien on property for non payment of services as stated on contract. Also as a wrap up all the slander on the social media I feel was a little uncalled for but again I hope this email finds you well and I see no need in setting up an in person at this point.
Thank you

Don't be a coward. Meet me face to face. There is no reason to put a lien on our property because we will pay minus the damage caused by negligence in your company's part. I did not want to talk to the foreman and I made it clear several times that I wanted to talk to you because you were the one we were dealing with. The pipe was broken by your crew and it is an exterior pipe that was broken when they were digging into the ground. The shovel hitting the pipe is what broke it and the individual stepping on it to get out of the hole exacerbated the problem.

Not being a coward by all means, just sending emails for documentation purposes only. Again refer back to your contract and my previous email

I do need a copy of the form I completed yesterday sent to me. You were trying to charge me for something without providing the final bill to me. As for the social media, those are called reviews and that is what happens when you are a shady business owner who does not answer any calls and does not return calls.

The contract is the invoice. It states everything your being charged for and we sent you invoices via email that shows were viewed by you.
