They claimed they were backed up for weeks, yet we managed to get into the Waco dealership the next day. We were given a callback number and told the service manager would contact us in about five minutes. After waiting an hour with no response, we reached out to Mason, who was once again attentive and tried to help resolve the issue. It wasn't until Mason contacted the service manager that we finally received a call, only to be met with rudeness and a complete lack of customer care. Unfortunately, this dealership can't have a team full of Masons, and the difference in service shows. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Waco dealership for service instead. For those of you that just bite your tongue and continue to patronize this place because the location is more convenient, I'm not joking when I say it was a world of a difference in Waco.
