Would not stay in balance .Called there and they told us on the phone to call the number in the manual .No luck there. I was returning to Terre Haute the next week to see my Dr. And stopped in and my driver went in to talk to the crook that sold it to us and said the same thing. I had not worked for three months and money was tight. I could not walk without help or without a cane. We scrape up enough money to buy it cause we thought we getting a good deal. Instead we got screwed over.Took our money and wouldn't help at all. A few days later and $185.00 later a technician came from Danville Illinois to look at it and he confirmed it was junk, and by the serial numbers it wasn't a new washing machine. I wouldn't piss on the person that sold that pile of junk if he was one fire. KARMA IS A BITCH. I honestly don't know how you can look at yourselves in the mirror . Screwing people out there hard earned money. I want to thank you for adding so much more stress one me than i could barely handle already. The Better Business Bureau has been contacted on my behalf . They should shut crooks like this company down. You give the decent Business. a bad way to go. Make people leary of honest business . You should be held accountable. You should be ashamed of yourselves . Thats part of whats wrong in this old world today. Lies a deceit and greed. And by the way Tim Ray was the salesman

Ace Washer Supply had been my go to for appliance repairs for years and I had generally had good…read morerelations with them and the service people. We had the service person out several times for the same problem, it would work for a while then the same problem would return. This time, I explained that our ice maker was having a similar problem and we had asked about where a switch was located. They made us an appointment and when the service person arrived it took a whole 5 mins or less to flip the switch. And charged 150.00. One of the owners became very rude and accused me of calling him a liar which I did not. He said his service man would not have done that either. He ended the call and said he would not work on our ice maker. Fortunately I was able to find another local appliance repair company with wonderful results, much better customer service. and great reviews.

I called Ace for my washer on 3/5/25 when it wouldn't agitate. Technician Josh who came out was…read morevery rude & at first tried saying nothing was wrong. I MADE him stay until I loaded the washer with some items & had it fill up. Obviously there was a problem which he diagnosed as a bad hub. On 3/10/25 they came back out to install the "hub" that was supposed to be wrong with it. Today (4/30/25) my washer is not working again & you can tell from the noise it has to do with the hub/agitator. I called to request service believing it should be covered by warranty & asked for a different service person than who came out the first time. The lady put me on hold then gets back on saying that the tech told me when he was out that there was a problem with the washer spindle. I was NEVER told this during either visit & there is no notation of this on my paperwork. I told her he never said this & she put him on the phone. Josh gets on the phone being extremely rude & flat out lying... claiming on one hand he doesn't really remember the service call but on the other saying he told me my spindle was worn out. He was extremely rude & combatative on the phone, besides lying about the spindle. He also said that if it was broke then it's because I overloaded it. Why would I pay $250 for a repair in March that wasn't going to fix my issue & would leave the spindle bad? Beyond that, I have a like new washer in my detached garage that I could have just swapped out if needed. Aces billing practices are also suspect. I was charged a $99 service fee to come out plus being charged service time to try & figure out what the problem is (a service charge typically is what's charged to come out & diagnose your problem). Once my part came in I was charged for the part & once again for the supposed time to install (even though the washer was left disassembled on 3/5/25) the new part. I paid them $250 for a faulty diagnosis&/or repair that only lasted 50 days & the part itself only cost $39. Pretty sad when a business won't warranty their work for more than 50 days & allows their tech to speak rudely to a customer on the phone & flat out lie to them. Stay far away from Ace Washer & Repair!
