Every time I go they have good customer service Diana and Michell always so nice the order is always on time and well packed

A great go to restaurant when you're feeling like something healthier. Restaurant is clean, The cashier was taking orders FAST, and the server was getting those orders out to customers just as fast. I appreciated the service and the fulfilling chicken and veggie bowl. read more

We walked in earlier today and there's a foul smell as soon as you get inside. I'm assuming it was the wet mop left by the tables by the order counter. We weren't greeted or told that it would be several minutes before our order would be taken so my buddy and I waited a good while before we placed our orders. Cashier proceeded to clean the grill for a good while before tending to us. My buddy ordered his meal, including a drink and a taco as a side. He was charged for the taco and no drink was on his order. I ordered his drink within my order. I placed my order and when I added chili crisp dumplings she pointed at a sign that said they were out of stock. She spoke English so why not explain it? Felt very rude that she simply pointed out the sign. As soon as I paid for my order, she walked away without handing me my receipt so later when they called out order numbers how was I to know what my order number was? Again, it felt very rude to now be left waiting like an idiot by the register without a receipt or a simple "your order will be ready in a few minutes." We received our orders and my buddy's taco wasn't included. We come to find out later that his taco was included in my order instead. Thankfully we're having lunch together, otherwise someone else would've had his taco. Needless to say, our food wasn't good at all. The chicken was dry in my plate and I also bit into bones twice. As far as the beef goes, burnt!!! Burnt severely. It was actually charred but it was masked in the teriyaki sauce so we couldn't really tell until we bit into it. We both decided to toss our meals away (as you can see in the pics) even though it's a waste. Money wise, our loss too but we'll take our business elsewhere. Simply put, the terrible service and the food are reason enough for us not to go back. Never again. read more

I was never greeted and I only received service after walking directly up to the counter and starring at the cashier. The staff aren't friendly and I don't like this location. Not to mention it looks dirty on the inside. I've ordered the same thing for a month now from this location and others. I was always just charged one extra dollar but the cashier charged me two extra dollars for only veggies instead of rice. Okay..... when I asked cashier Diana why was this so, she proceeded to explain that everyone else was wrong - ALL 7 visits and she was right . read more

I paid for a 22 oz drink (regular) and the girl at the register gave me a small cup and said that's their medium size. that's false advertisement be careful not to get sued. i asked for a refund and the girl (horrible attitude btw) said she's not authorized and there's no manager on sight... so what do they do when they scam the wrong person ? let me know read more

Best waba grill in the area. There was only one employee named Max working. He was extremely busy filling orders. With that being said, he was calm and friendly and his chicken was cooked very well. I'm impressed on how well Max handled how busy it was all on his own. read more

I came in for a quick bite, and Diana was very helpful while at the register. She actually let Michelle and Max know what I was ordering and they both promptly got to working on my order. The service here was great, as they all worked together getting my order out within 5 minutes! Granted there was no line, but the consideration for my time crunch was taken and they were efficient, and friendly. Great team they have here! read more

My sister and I went to waba last week because we were craving their food. The gentleman behind the counter told us we had to use that new ordering thingamajigger because we were paying on a card instead of cash. We could not figure it out and he would not come over he said we needed to wait. So we ended up leaving and going next door and we had some wonderful Chinese food at Panpan Wok was awesome. I will never go back to Waba in that location again because I felt the young gentleman was very rude. Not all customers know how to use those machines to order for themselves that's why we go out to let someone take our orders. read more

Was just there around 6 pm to pick up my mobile order. The staff is so rude ! Especially the girl who is the cashier and packing the orders ! She ignored me until she was done packing orders. a simple I'll be right with you would do. Then finally asked if I had pickup order and my name after waiting around and then slid my order to me with no eye contact. Absolutely rude and horrible service! I'll be taking my business elsewhere read more
