Delicious dinner treat-- ribeye steak with veggies rice bowl (carrots, broccoli), sweet Ube Cheese Royale. Excellent purposeful service by Marvin & Richard. They deserve new year pay raise ;) Relaxing ambience, ideal spot for study work with tables & chairs. God bless! ;)

WAba never lets me down. Been coming to this location for years and years since it opened. Their protein is so good, prices have gone up but that's due to higher costs in foods and inflation. Very tasty and good service, if it's not busy maybe 6-7 minutes for food, obviously during lunch hour it's longer. Parking sucks in the plaza because of other businesses. Ultimately it's a treat and great

Waba grill $5 happy hour promotion in waba grill app

Stopped by to grab a late lunch early dinner today around 4PM and noticed that the location was advertising a $5 happy hour deal (Mon - Fri 3PM - Close) for a 5pc dumplings and premium beverage combo. As I placed my order for two rice bowls, I also asked the cashier if she could add the happy hour deal since it was after 3PM, she proceeded to state that she couldn't add the deal because it wasn't starting until next month which is strange because the entire location had signage advertising the deal and there wasn't any specified dates for when the promotion would be running. I told the cashier that they should probably take the ads down if they didn't plan on following through with it or at least specify the dates the promotion would be running. She asked if I could wait a second while she asked the owner if she could apply the promo to my order and proceeded to text them, but didn't receive a response while I was there. She said she would attempt to add the promo and pulled out what seemed to be instructions on how to apply the promotion and said that it wasn't working. I paid for the bowls because I was parked in a 30 minute spot and didn't want to make the person behind wait longer to place their order, but honestly it seems like this location lacks knowledge of their own promotions. As I'm typing this the business icon for this specific location is the $5 happy hour promotion and the promotion is also being advertised on the waba grill app. If you plan on going for this specific promotion or any waba grill promotion in general, I recommend going to a different location because even with the promotion being plastered all over the store, the employee still wasn't aware of how to apply it or the details of it. I think this location would benefit from training their employees better to enhance the customers experience. The seating area looked clean, but I also didn't actually eat there so I can't speak much on the cleanliness of this location. The food was 2/5 stars as well, the chicken was dry and tasted more like fish and the steak was a bit burnt. I personally do not think I'll be returning to this specific waba grill location.

First time to this Waba grill. Apparently, they are under new ownership. Very friendly staff and I love the new fake (plant) steak! If I didn't know better, my wife family and I would have thought that we were eating REAL meat. The taste was incredible! We also ate the spicy chicken and dumplings- tried every sauce - couldn't really figure out which one I liked better. All great tasting. Rice was fresh- perfect! Everything was super clean- restaurant and bathroom. My whole family enjoyed their meal, and we will definitely be back!

I've been a loyal customer to waba grill for years. Not sure if it's just this location but I ordered a steak bowl with avacado and they gave me barely any meat! I basically just bought the most expensive bowl of rice. I even expressed to the workers that there was barely any meat and they kinda just shrugged their shoulders and told me that's the serving. I've never been so unsatisfied and felt so ignored after paying close to $30.

So good! Waba is simple, quick, and delicious. I got the half chicken half steak veggie and rice bowl, I think I preferred the steak side this time. When in doubt get both right? 10/10 scrumptious :)

My son's school had a fundraiser here so we decided to grab dinner since a portion of the sales would go to my son's school. We arrived and the place was pretty busy. It was packed, most of the booths and tables were filled but they kept the place pretty clean when someone left. They have kiosks to order your meal or you can order at the register. I chose the kiosk and it was pretty easy. The food came out pretty quick and I ordered the three chicken strips with French fries and a garlic toast with the special pink sauce that's sooo good! The chicken has a crispy outer with soft and tender chicken on the inside. The fries were nice and crispy and that Texas toast is top notch when you dip it in the sauce. Overall, Raising Canes is a solid choice if you want fast food outside of the typical fast food restaurants. OOOO 4 out of 5 Afros

This place has some employee/management issues that are going against corporate Raising Canes…read morepolices. 1. Many employees have their cell phones in their back pockets, many are using it to text and show videos to other employees, all never washing their hands after touching their phones. Once caught them with manager looking on at this crap. 2. Rude late night employees. They don't want you to eat there. Its 11 pm, they close at 1 am. You order to eat in at the restaurant and because the employees what to clean the last 1-2 hours, they force you to leave the restaurant and take it to go. Called out the employees a few times for doing this and the young male guy hot shot that shouldn't be working there gave an attitude and said that they are only taking TO GO orders right now. Told him why? They close at 1am and he had no answer. Asked for a manager and he said, "For what?" I asked for a manager again, "For what?" and put up a fight over this, in front of the manager that eventually came over and talked to me. He apologized for this guy's behavior and actually followed corporate policies on complains but you can tell he has no control over his employees. Hes very nice and maybe too nice to these kids who seem to think they run and own the place. Making up polcies and telling customers to take it to go with 1 1/2 hours left in the store hours. 3. Once I wanted to wash my hands in the restroom and this lady told me the restrooms are closed for the night, that they just cleaned them for the night. One hour left in the opening hours of the place. Unacceptable. 4. Many areas closed off around midnight because they cleaned that area and don't want anyone to sit in this area. This is just a wild establishment, been to many others and everywhere else everyone is chill. You are selling chicken late at night, relax with the non corporate BS you try to do here. Its unacceptable. The cooks seem overwhelmed in the kitchen as well. Just one of the worst places in So-Cal for Raising Canes. Hope corporate goes undercover at this location. Especially at night time from 10 pm to closing. This has happened twice now and its not acceptable behavior. This young guy handling the orders has a major attitude and isn't afraid of losing his job just be the way he started an argument with me and in front of the manager too telling me I'm wrong for asking for the manager. He told me I couldn't eat inside when others were eating as it is because he says they want every order to go and got mad when I clearly ordered TO EAT HERE and lost it. Just stupid BS by these employees that lack discipline. The problem is that many of these employees start to think that's their home and we the customers are bothering them at their "home" They have to understand that essentially the dining room is the customer's "home" to feel welcomed and eat there. He is a waiter if you will, not a homeowner of the establishment. There is no need to tell me to take it to go and think as an educated individual and much older than him to take that as corporate policy when he and I know what it is and I don't even F work there. Its just ridiculous to run into these type of employees and the ones that in your face are on their cell phones then touching food. I called her out for that and she said, "Oh I'm not handling food" I don't care, the health department doesn't care either, you will essentially at some point since you were waiting for a basket to come out. Just sad I have to spend time writing this but I'm hoping corporate see this stuff. Love the food and the atmosphere of this place but this location has failed twice I have been there due to them trying to cut corners to leave early or something. Customers are not these people you can just lie to or think they don't know what you are doing with your smart alec attitudes. The restaurant is not you living room or your home. Its part of a multi million dollar corporation and I will be damn if some 22 year old tells me I can't eat inside with almost 2 hours to close just because you want to go home early and not wipe down tables or some BS. Just stupid stuff. Many customers will just take it and follow along but I won't and nobody should. I gave them a pass the first time and went back and they doubled down on their BS. At the location, late night customers: 1. Look out for employees with cell phones in their back pockets or using them to text and not washing their hands. 2. Do not let them tell you the bathrooms are closed for the night if the restaurant is open. Of course unless there is some emergency. 3. If you order to EAT IN, and they give you a plastic bag to go, ask for the manager or tell them you asked for this to EAT IN not to go. Call out that employee to the manager. And to the people that work there, this isn't personal, this is business. I work hard for my money and picked your place to spend it on. Treat me with respect and don't engage in stupid non corporate BS.

Not only is their Korean fried chicken on point, their customer service and resolution of issues is really fantastic. I've ordered from this location several times for myself and my coworkers and more recently we've been ordering for our bowling team for our Thursday league. Last weekend, they accidentally gave us soy garlic instead of Galbi (still delicious), but they immediately came up with a resolution for us for the mix-up. If you've never ordered from here and aren't sure what to get - get a group together and try a little bit of everything. My favorite is the Galbi hands down. I know Galbi sauce isn't traditionally for chicken, but the sweet, smokey sauce is everything I want for my wings and I can't get enough. I've accidentally been given the spicy Galbi before and it's not intolerable in spice level, but I would try the regular first just to really be able to appreciate the flavor. Soy Garlic is my husband's favorite and the classic is always good for those who don't like sauced wings. GET THE ROSE TTEOKBOKKI!! I am obsessed and though I've tried recreating it at home getting all of the ingredients from HK market, I just can't quite make it as amazing as bb.q. I'm not a big fan of kimchi, but my coworkers rave about the kimchi fried rice, so I know it's also amazing. We recently tried the dumplings and they're also great - my husband couldn't get enough. Note for the wise: just order ahead of time and pick up to take away. A lot of these locations are smaller on the inside, this one included. I got the 8 piece chicken, they also offer more sizes as well. Honestly the size was more than enough. The chicken pieces were big, and the flavor was good but it was just so heavy. Also the boneless pieces are not just the white breast, which I was hoping for. The cheese fries had more ketchup on them than cheese, which was very disappointing. I'm willing to try it again, just maybe a different flavor and next try I would try the wings.
