This is always a great perk to not have to sit and wait for who knows how long due to someone being behind schedule. I really liked that the assistants get the process starting by asking some questions and doing a couple of the first tests. After I was done with that portion I was personally walked into the exam room and greeted by Dr. Goodfellow just a few moments after. Dr. Goodfellow did a great job at asking me questions, learning more about me and my issues. Through learning more about me, he was able to give some great advice with even better reasons to back up his professional advice. I left with a totally new prescription that fit my eyes WAY better than my previous. I especially like that he wasn't afraid to give me a weaker prescription than my current one - this to me feels like he isn't trying to make my eyes worse and keep me coming back for new prescriptions and really just trying to create the best solution for me on the spot.
