I had the "opportunity" to try out Route 333 supplies this past weekend. That experience turned…read moreout to be two transactions with Route 333 supplies....my first and my last. I needed a load of stone (size 4) delivered for an excavation / drainage project. On initial call they were not sure if they had enough for a full tri-axle load or not. I received a call back they did have enough - were starting to load the truck and would call me back with the price. When I get the call back - the price for cash payment was $756. For ONE load of stone. To finish my project I'll be needing another 6 loads of various types of stone. If you need stone from a reputable local business at an HONEST price - I'd highly recommend Metzler Forest Products out of Reedsville. In my case each tri-axle load of stone (depending on stone type) from Meztler - delivered - is between $405 and $455. The actual stone cost (delivery fee removed) is a little less than HALF what Route 333 supplies just charged me. I'll never do business with Route 333 supplies again and based on experience I would recommend others don't support them either.

You walk in the door and you seem to be able to ask them anything. They find it for you. You can buy any qty it seems. For example 1 bolt or screw. We get water softener salt and they always load it for you. When your a home owner that is not really handy the service means the world. I always try there first. I have had them order things for me also and have in some cases better prices than the super big stores. This is the kind of business that needs to be supported.
