I was greeted by a friendly lady who said they could for sure help and invited me to take a seat. Then I was seen to in less than a minute, taken to one of the little individual consultation desk and the nice guy that served me checked out my glasses and agreed that yes, they weren't fitted right. He was really friendly and patient, in the end it took three separate trips to the gadget they have to heat and then bend the arms to fit - which because of the type of glasses also took a long time to heat up. I walked away happy and pleasantly surprised by the great level of aftercare.

But I went to Toni and Guy for a free eye test and was amazed by the choice of frames and also the prices. I assumed that it would be expensive but they have fab offers on throughout the year and the staff are really knowledgable, helpful and friendly. It's a lovely relaxed atmosphere and I felt really well looked after. I will definitely be going back here as so many people comment on my new glasses, they advised me so well on what style to pick, I love wearing glasses even more now!
