Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I went to pick up my order after 25 minutes. Walk in, tell them my name. They repeat my order to me. He looks at all of the ready orders on the table and says mine is not ready yet. So I wait. It's not crowded, just steady. Patron after patron come and go with their orders and after about 15 minutes I approach the desk. He sees me and looks over the orders again and nothing. He walks to the grill area and says "is this order ready because he is waiting in the lobby". He comes back over and begins serving other patrons again. Finally after 30 minutes of him checking the orders, running to the grill, etc. I am the only person in the store. I ask how much longer. He says "what's the name again"? I tell him and he walks to the sitting orders and picks it up and says "that's my fault". Should have asked for a refund right there but I was too irked and just wanted to get out of there. When I get home and because my sandwich was sitting on its side for so long, the bread was completely soaked and just fell off. I had to eat my chicken sub with a fork. It was basically inedible as it was all chicken and cheese with 4, count them, 4 slivers of peppers and zero mushrooms. Just a poor overall experience for what is typically a great meal.
