I had the tires rotated about three weeks ago and the very day after they were rotated I noticed a noise from the front end of the car, it sounded like it was coming from the tires. It was like a rattling type noise.. It only happens when my car hits a certain speed like on the interstate, which, I have to drive multiple times throughout the day. When I had looked up possible causes for this noise one of them was, if the tires had been rotated, but not properly placed back on that, could be the reason. Also, my vehicle has been pulling to the left. So, The technician says that he needs to drive my car to check this out, so I give him the keys thinking he'll drive the car down the road and back and then when he comes back, he'll put it up on the lift inside their garage, and look underneath of it to Make sure that the bolts have been placed properly. Make sure that the tires were properly balanced, and make sure everything was properly aligned. But, that's not what he did, he walks back into the store looks at me and says "so how long has that steering wheel been crooked" I responded "it hasn't been. There's nothing wrong with my steering wheel". Then he says How long has it been pulling to the left? I'm like, since the day after you did the rotation. Then he tells me that the source of the sound has to be the ball bearings, and that I need to take my car to a general mechanic and have them check it out. He Didn't spend one second actually looking at the tires or checking the bolts that hold the tire on. As I mentioned before, I'm on the interstate all throughout the day several days out of the week. If God literally forbidding something goes wrong with this vehicle, it's not just my life! And this is my only vehicle to get to and from my job! And I cannot just keep taking off work and come in there and have somebody dismiss my concerns. So once I got to work, I had to find an automotive repair shop that is open past 5 o'clock so I can go and have my vehicle evaluated for something that even the repair man, over the phone, stated, sounded very much like whoever rotated the tires did not put something on properly or didn't align or balance them. Fortunately, this repair shop also does tire repair and replacement and alignment. Ps. The link they sent me in response to my review. Goes to a website for you to join their fleet program. No customer service anywhere in sight.

On my most recent visit, the technician removed a tire that had a slow air leak, tested it, told me he couldn't identify a leak, and reinstalled the tire with no charge. In the course of the tire inspection, he had apparently taken the tire off and on the rim. The leak that had resulted in a decrease in tire pressure from 32 psi to 20 psi in a week was resolved. The tire has stopped leaking air. Problem solved! Definitely recommend Neace Tire!

I was told that another technician would test drive the car to see if he noticed anything. He did not hear a rattle, either. I settled on the distinct possibility that the rattle I was hearing was in my own head. They checked everything out and assured me that everything was fine. When I went to pick the vehicle up, I asked how much my bill was. I was told it was zero. This was a situation they could have taken advantage of, but they didn't. Whenever my car does (legitimately) need service, this will be the place I take it. I am more than confident in their integrity and, while I had no services performed, I am equally confident that anything they do will be done correctly.

I had been taking my car here since I purchased it in 2022. I was happy because they always were…read moreable to fix everything quickly, even though it was costing me $300 here, $500 there. I was just happy to keep my car on the road, serviced, and in working order. Then came another dilemma! They told me it would be $3,800. In fact, that's what made me sell the car! I figured if I take my savings and purchase something else, I'd stop sinking my money into a car that required me to spend money everyone I turned around. What I didn't know is that the person who said my trouble was $3,800 was 100% wrong! The problem was a very minor one. The total cost was $165! The person who purchased my car told me whoever advised me it was almost $4k was not being honest and taking advantage of me. This is the exact reason women do not trust mechanics. I would advise any woman needing car maintenance or diagnosing of issues to take their care to a shop with a history in the community of being honest and a straight shooter. I feel foolish for raving about how awesome they were (to their face) and then to discover my car was $165 fix solution, but I sold it because that repair was half the cost of what I purchased the car for initially. If you do go here for diagnostic and it ends up being in the couple of thousands, be sure to get it in writing, then go take your car to a mom &pops shop for confirmation. This review at least will ensure that other women will get a second opinion for quotes by anyone here at this tire shop. I'm disappointed in these guys who seemed so honest, and could stare me in the face and tell me my car needed major work, when it didn't! But at least I feel better being able to help others use the good judgement I didn't. To clarify my earlier statement because I can't edit without erasing and starting over, I meant to say their quote was half the cost of what I paid for the car initially. Dumping almost another $4k into it, when I was already being nickled and dimed everyone I went in, I wasn't going to do that anymore. I bought 2 different bags of chips and the cashier scanned the same…read moreone twice... accidents happen.. but when I was leaving the store a worker named Jayden stopped me and scanned my items and loudly said you didn't pay for these.. I explained to him it wasn't my doing .. I had gone through a line with a cashier.. he then took my bag of chips out of my cart and told me if I wanted them I'd have to pay for them.. several people were there and honestly it was very embarrassing... my wife and I walked out and looked at the receipt and seen where the mistake was made. I came back in and explained to Jayden what had happened.. he took his had and waved towards the service counter and told me I'd have to take it up there.. I went to the service desk and explained the problem and the nicest woman working there help me. I then asked to speak to a manager because I didn't like the way things were handled , before I got to the service desk. Big surprise.. no managers were available to help me.
