They were super nice and professional. They stayed the entire day tirelessly. They instructed me how to move and pose. I love them! Then within a week, we got the Teaser! They told our story and we felt happy. Taryn is accommodating and definitely cool. Trust these artists to record your best day!

First, ill tell you (if you haven't heard it already) that your wedding day goes by as one big fat blur. If you end up remembering even an hour of the day, you're lucky. That's why it's so important to find someone good to capture all the moments for you so you can relive them and be reminded of how beautiful the day was over and over. If you've lived in AZ for any amount of time then you've surely heard of Serendipity, and for good reason. They are simply the best. They absolutely captured every intimate moment, every loving detail, every embrace, every smile and put into a film of our love story. I can't stress enough - if there's anything you should go over-budget on, do it with your cinematographer. You will never, ever regret having the day on film.

She was available to meet multiple times before the wedding in order to go over what I wanted and what she would need to do the day of the wedding. Amy even visited the wedding site months before so she would have a better idea of where things were. Then Amy completely coordinated the rehearsal. She was a million times better and more organized than the wedding coordinator the venue provided. The day of my wedding was a dream and ran completely smooth (even though it rained!). Amy was organized down to the tiniest detail. She even made sure I drank water and had food in my stomach. She is an expert at coordinating others. Amy had no problem directing the other vendors and my decorating helpers. Amy, I cannot say thank you enough! You took all of the stress off of me and I was able to enjoy my big day! I recommend Amy and Adam to ANYONE!!! They are the best and know what they are doing!

Most aspects of the wedding will come and go (hopefully not the spouse!) but a video would allow to enjoy our day over and over again. After a bit of research, we decided to use Simply Cinema. They did a great job on the highlight film. I could watch that 10 minute clip over and over again . . . and I have. I would have liked a little more human/live interaction. In all of the exchanges there was only one phone call (I think, maybe, that may have been the first phone call I made to initiate service). There was a lot of communication via email and an online survey to capture what I wanted in my video. Very convenient, yet not much of a personal feel. I have never used a videographer before, so knowing how to answer the questions on the survey was a little difficult, it would have been helpful to have a live person to talk me through my options. For example, I was asked to select three songs to be on my highlight video. The three I picked were not available due to copyright, so they picked songs for me. The songs they picked are fine (again, I love the highlight video), however if I was given a list of 'approved' songs to pick from I might have been able to get songs that I wanted. The two videographers that filmed our wedding day were awesome, I really enjoyed having them there. Nice, funny, just kinda quietly hung out in the background, getting everything on tape, and stepping in to help or offer a suggestion when needed. Turns out there was a problem with one of the cameras and the wide shot during the wedding was blurry. Kind of a bummer when I was saying my vows. After notifying the owner we did end up getting the raw footage at no cost to make up for the blurry shot. That was nice. Overall, the work was good and the prices reasonable. A little to be desired with the communication, but if you know that going into it, you can be prepared for it and still get a good product without blowing the budget.

In the photos of my son, his tie is crooked and his shirt is scrunched. It's obvious they were in a hurry. And they obviously don't want to be doing mitzvah photos, that's for sure. They were LATE arriving, both when we took the photos at the synagogue a couple of days before the ceremony and at the party. During the reception at the party, one of the women ate the meal before my son and I ate! All of the other vendors waited, like they're supposed to do. I don't mean to sound snobby, but I hadn't even eaten yet and there she is, loading up her plate. When I said something to her about it, she became defensive and snotty about it. They actually followed around one of the little girls who was guest at the party and hogged the photo opportunities. When I asked these women why there were almost as many photos of that kid as my son, they became very defensive. It was very CREEPY at the amount of photos of the young girl. There are so many other photographers out there. I regret ever hiring them. Save yourself your energy, time and money and go somewhere else!
