They are wonderful people to work with, many of my guests came up to us during or after the wedding to ask about how we found them because they are nice, genuine, professional, and very hard-working! They made all of the photos of our wedding wonderful, and even when I was not happy with how our "Thank You" photo turned out because you couldn't see the words too well, I asked if there was anything they could do. Amy worked on it and gave it back to me, and it was so much better! They got a lot of photos of our guests and everyone having fun, which is so nice to see since we were not able to watch every minute of what was happening. All of the photos we loved, and they are sooo easy to work with. They make you feel comfortable even in awkward situations or not-so-easy family situations. Even when you feel weird with what they are telling you to do, they know their stuff, because those are some of my favorite photos! I trust them completely, and I know who we will be using for future family photos! I am not one to leave negative reviews lightly, but I feel it's important to share my experience to…read moreprevent other brides from going through what I did. My wedding videographer completely fell short of professionalism, communication, and delivering on her contract. Her contract stated that videos would be delivered within 60 days, yet it took over 110 days to receive anything close to what was promised. She missed her own deadlines at least seven times, each time with a new excuse. Communication was poor throughout the process, and it became clear she was not being truthful about her progress or intentions. The wedding highlight video she eventually sent was late and had issues. The sound was off, and it contained random footage of a desert--not even from our wedding day. On top of that, despite advertising drone footage, she didn't use a drone at our wedding. Three months later, she showed up at our venue (without notifying us) to get drone footage, which obviously wasn't from our wedding day, and she added that into the highlight video after fixing the sound. While the highlight video turned out cute in the end, it wasn't authentic to our wedding day, which is incredibly disappointing. We also NEVER received our fully edited videos as promised. After months of excuses, being blocked, ignoring our demand letter, and given so many chances to solve this matter amicably, I am now having to take Carly to small claims court. I consider myself a very patient and understanding person, but this experience was beyond unprofessional. It was heartbreaking to trust someone with such an important day and be let down so completely. While I can give credit for the highlight video being nice in the end (besides not having the drone footage from our wedding), it doesn't excuse the lack of integrity and communication, missed deadlines, breach of contract, and missing our footage we paid for. If you're a bride considering Carly at CineDream Studios, please consider my testimonial. I would hate for anyone else to feel the way I did throughout this experience. I had a sort of vision in my head for our couple shots, but man did Tami blow our minds. She was flexible with us, helped us create our timeline to make sure all shots happened with the best light, and gave us recommendations on how to include my sister who wasn't able to travel. The moment Tami comes in, she is warm and friendly and SO COMPETENT! She has this aura of "don't worry, I've got this" that puts you at ease and lets you just enjoy the process. Trusting your photographer is so important and you absolutely trust Tami. She is speedy with the family shots (you KNOW some family members struggle with those), and nails them. My 4 year old nephew just LOVED her and still remembers her name. My whole family raved endlessly about how amazing she was. Then we got the pictures back (and quickly too!). Oh my gosh. I wept.
