The salon itself is large, open, clean, bright, shiny. The service though??? I was less than pleased with my basic pedicure. The nail tech was pleasant and courteous, but seemed to be new or inexperienced or ....... The effort was sadly sloppy. I am new to the area and was looking for a salon where I could make monthly appointments. Regretfully, I am still looking. And, for heaven's sake, people, it is just RUDE to jabber with other nail techs in (presumably) Vietnamese while you're working on a customer. Customers paying for a service deserve your undivided attention. 90% of my communication with my nail tech was done mostly in sign language. read more

I'm here now and the service is as gross as it's comes. Maybe because it's 10:30am mit explain why this man is mad and handeling my feet crazy. He got mad because I declined gel with my peddy. Then I told him don't use a drill to remove my regular polish off my feet, I mean that is the reason I don't do gel on my feet. I'm avoiding the drill thinning my toe nails. This man start handelin and throwing my feet. Snatching my feet up. He was quite the whole time until I ask can you stop being so aggressive, then he started talking to his buddy in their language so I knew he was talking about me. I tryied them once before and the customer service was nasty. I was rushing and tryed them again and ohhhhhhh boy I feel like I've been violated. !!!!! I have been going to this location since they opened spending over a hundred dollars for services...welp I complained about the look of my nails the day of the service but had to leave to pick up kids and told the owner I would be back!!! Services which included the length as the tech filed one of my thumb nails shorter then the rest of my nails, the acrylic was so thin at the beginning of my nails it chipped after a day, the texture of my nails was ruff, the polish was thick and the lines for the french was just not it ...i also left with nail polish all around my nails ...I went back as I complained before I left and the owner offered to change the polish only...ummm customer service just ain't where it's at so I won't be going back spending my hard earned money. For the 4th time I was told I did not need a manicure even when I said wanted one. Today I got tired of keeping quiet so I demanded one but later said never mind because I should not have to act out of character to get what I was paying for. This is what I walked out with. NO CUTICLE OIL AND NAIL DUST OVER MY ENTIRE HAND. My foot was snatched on with attitude and lotion was rubbed on my legs not massaged. She proceeded with a French tip in spite of the color i chose. I was charged 63 for all of this. No, I should not have paid but I did because services was rendered just not like I wanted. My review is this...FIND ANOTHER NAIL SALON WHO RESPECT YOU AND WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS HURTFUL! The last 3 times I have went, I got the older lady and did not get what I paid for. She did 10 mins on me and was done when my daughter and other people had 30 to 45 mins spent on them. Didn't cut toe nails but one, wouldn't get under toe nails so skin is on top of toe, didn't trim around nail. I asked her several times to finish it and she got up and walked off. The manicure was painting my nails in the chair nothing else and charged for a manicure. Its production over satisfaction. read more
