Multiple people came and went including one walk in without an appointment. After sitting for 35 minutes with NO interaction with the staff, three of whom were chatting at the nail bar I got up and walked out. Apparently business is so good that losing one customer is no major deal, though you have now lost two as my wife was planning on booking one herself after she saw your magnificent facility.
