Basically I was charged for a gel polish set but only received regular polish which is what I went in to get. I've never been to a nail salon that charges by the length, I thought that was a luxury being able to choose how long I want my nails. As goes for the shape and style of polish. When I went back to get a color change, the nail tech rushed and didn't fully coat some of my nails with top coat.
