We both were welcomed by Kevin as he opened the door for us! :) Beautiful interior and ample parking. Located just off Central Dr in East Dublin. Don is the veteran manicure guy who is pleasant and friendly with his clients! So me let me be really honest, for Dublin this nail salon is really 5 star!!! New, clean, updated…read moreservices (compared to most locally), and welcoming. This is my 2nd time here and I came early, because they can get really busy! It's a family owned business with BeBe being the leader. The pedicure services are really nice and I like the royal deluxe pedicure service because it's very relaxing! Of course people will have their preference as it relates to technician, but overall they are all pretty good. They also provide brow waxing, but I prefer the Nail Shop I use in Decatur. My brow wax was good just not great, but it will suffice until I'm back in Decatur again. The last time I was here I also got a gel manicure and it lasted a really long time (about 3 weeks). My only issue is that the SNS colors are not an exact match to the gel polish! Overall, I would highly recommend this nail salon in Dublin, and will definitely come back again!

So, I've been going here almost a year after a BAD experience at "elite nails" (left a review there…read moretoo)... Before today, I was very happy with the salon except slightly upset twice-one time the tech (I'm always sat at "whoever's turn it is"'), so it may be someone who has or has not done my nails before. I do acrylic/acrylic fill in. One time (didn't realize until looking back), the tech did not put the nail glue around the kind of exposed area where new growth was & just before they add the fill in, so the next time, some fungus was discovered. That tech decided to remove everything & put a new set on without stating it would be an ADDITIONAL $15, which really, I shouldn't have had to pay due to that missed step by the previous visit (same salon). Well today the tech was rude by saying don't hold your hand that way, it doesn't help me, and rearranging my hand a couple times, so ok I relaxed a bit, we were not vibing in a good way, hardly any conversation, but I did mention to her I only go to that salon.. I will say she did a good job though-it was the attitude and check out proce$$. But the kicker was time to pay-whenever I need the nails shortened, they add another $5, which is easy money because it takes like an extra MINUTE. My nails aren't very long & were shortened last time so I didn't need it. So I was shocked it was $40 I said no $35, she said she charges $5 more because they were longer-I said no..that is a first so do they make it up as they go along? I paid by card & chose no tip & she asked "leave a tip"? three times as I was in my wallet fishing out some $1 bills. Yeah I left a tip-HALF of what I was leaving despite the slight rudeness because she clearly overcharged $5. Interestingly, the bad experiences were all female. And ironic now they've lost a customer **who was also a good tipper**who just stated during this visit this is the only nail salon they go to...unreal. p.s. It is rude to speak amongst themselves in their native language-we have no idea what they could be saying (talking bad about customers, for all we know and I suspect it happens). For what we pay, they should be thankful because it is NOT a necessity...

This was by far the worst experience I've EVER had at a nail salon. Currently new to the area and…read moreneeded my nails done. Had a 4:00PM appointment and wasn't in a seat until little after 4:45PM. Once seated I was left unattended and had to ask for someone to soak my nails off while sitting; since I knew that would be a waiting process as well. At one point the lady who sits at the first chair attempted to tell me, I had on gel nails. I continued to tell her these are my nails and I wanted SNS. That ordeal was in itself ridiculous. Then they proceeded to take my nails off with their machines, even though I asked to have them soaked, due to my nails being thin and brittle. They barely soaked at all, since she kept taking my hand out to use the machine and get the old SNS off. When everything was off my nails, I told her how I wanted them and as she got to dipping them I requested for them to be done a little thicker due to my nails being thin and brittle. She seemed annoyed by me asking her this question and even proceeded to tell me "just stop talking." I find that to be extremely rude and poor business practice towards customers! Overall, the entire process seemed rushed. Once done and home, my nails underneath have broken and whenever it is time to redo them, I know they will not last. I had to file my nails when I got home and place nail glue underneath to save my nails from breaking. It's upsetting because I've wasted both my money and time at this establishment! It is frustrating for them to be this rude and rough with our hands and nails. To know I'm not being heard as well is not okay; especially when we are paying our hard earned money. I did not tip due to this poor experience and my nails not being up to par. I would not recommend going to this establishment unless you would like a poor interaction and wasting your money! P.S. Visually the nails are not bad; but some nails are uneven. However, it's the care of my nails underneath that matter! My natural nails are broken and destroyed underneath, due to the harsh filing she did. I'm going to be forced to cut them next time and it's all because of a rushed job and lack of professionalism.

I might have to make an appoint with her and update my review. But since Sue was not in, they walked right out the door! The pedicure services don't match the prices. It's a high grade foot wash with minimal cuticle removal... Many chemicals are used, in which I pleasantly declined. No waiver forms, so they don't offer in-grown toe removal!!! The highlight was that the water was hot and the tech was nice and professional! It was maybe worth $15.00, and not $23.00... Manicure: Knowledge was very limited as it relates to a "gel manicure", but the technician was accommodating and professional!!! She took to my suggestions... Overall the salon was clean, knowledge was lacking along with the selection of nail polishes! But the prices are in-line with the prices in a metropolitan city (but they offer more detail and knowledgeable service)!!!
