Message - Swedish 80 minute, was fine, nothing special, asked to do deeper before she started, didn't really answer me. Never asked If I like what she was doing, no verbal communication. $110 Gave me a cup of water with no ice in a paper coffee cup with lid. Nice 3. Manicure - again Ok, nothing special, didn't offer any drink and didn't have a lot of colors for manicure to choose from. $40 4. It was a Gift certificate my husband gave me for Xmas, $435.00 I called to ask If I could switch out what he paid for to get a deep tissue message, young girl told me I could not switch out because some of the services were discounted. What! Money is money but ok. Then when getting my nails done, I asked the working girls about it and they told me of course I could have switched it out. They had never heard of that before. Someone needs some training. 5. When I got there, they brought me back, hurried me up, gave me a key to a locker, asked if I wanted a robe, probably since I'm going to be here for 4 hours, then left, didn't tell me where shoes were, mind you the robe would of fitted a 400 pound women and the wrap was as big, I had to hold up everything with my hands. No one ever checked on me or met me in the room they told me to go to. They offered me Mimosa once, never again, and when I asked for water from the message therapist, it was in a coffee cup with a lid throw away kind. For $435.00 You would expect some sort of pampering, and attentiveness. Maybe not a foam cup with lid. 6. While checking out, I told the young girl I wanted to tip the girls, she told me it was included in the certificate. Then she tells me I still have $145 on the certificate. That can't be, are you charging me $145 for a pedicure I did not use? She told me I used $290.00 for spa treatments. That would be full price, not discounted prices she

I arrived 20 min before my appointment time (was out running errands and just ended up there early) and she took me in right away. Her place is small, only a waiting room and the service room with a bathroom, but it's only her so no need for fancies. I don't care so much about aesthetics (her place is modest), but I do care about the quality of the wax being used, the speed of the service (because let's be honest, it hurts), and the final product. Not only is Patricia extremely fãs and efficient, she talks to you the entire time to help take your mind off of what is happening down there, and I left feeling so fresh, clean, and smooth. I should also note that I'm 38 weeks pregnant and my sensitivity is much higher than someone not pregnant, but the pain was very tolerable and over within 15-20 min. Highly recommend Patricia if you're in need of a great Brazillian bikini wax!
