I'm a decent size and very muscular, but very stiff. Many times females have not been strong enough to give a deep enough massage to get my muscles to loosen up. As a Korean individual, I'm also disheartened by how they misuse the name "Shangri-La"--it doesn't represent Korean culture at all, and the business profits while disregarding it. They mishandled a $400+ gift certificate, despite Florida law that states gift certificates never expire. Shangri-La imposed arbitrary rules, demanded ID, and refused any solutions, even though we were legally in the right. To make it worse, Carrie was rude, offered zero empathy, and made no effort to help. When we spoke to the owner, we were mocked, cut off, and dismissed, with the owner even claiming to be a lawyer. This entire ordeal caused real emotional, mental, and physical stress. It's heartbreaking that such a large sum, meant to be a meaningful experience, is now unusable due to unjust treatment. I strongly urge them to be reasonable instead of such deviant beings.
